I've tried hundreds of supplements to help with my major depression and fatigue I've struggled with my entire life. Nothing has ever helped, not even remotely. I came across some articles about royal jelly recently and it's pretty amazing what it does for queen bees so I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. After the first dose I immediately noticed that I felt physically "lighter"... is the best word for it. Kind of floaty feeling like the permanent knot in my stomach had been lifted. I was able to sit at my desk for hours and concentrate on my work that I had been putting off for ages. I've been taking 2 capsules every morning for a little over a week now and I definitely feel positive effects. I was also hoping to see benefits from the collagen but it's too early to say right now. After taking about 4-6 pills daily for about a month, I can confirm few things about Royal Jelly (at least for me). 1)It gave me a boost of energy. 2)I am sleeping a LOT better. I suffered from insomnia and that is no longer true. 3)My body is getting leaner and stronger. Mind you, I work-out 30 minutes a day but I clearly see the results for my work-out. 4)My friends tell me my complexion is much healthier and whiter. I recommend this product particularly to those who suffer from insomnia. If you are like me, you will no longer wake up in the middle of the night without able to fall asleep again.
