Works perfect and worth ever penny!
Works great! It’s perfect for capturing my PS5 to my PC. I love that it comes with both USB and USB-C attachments, making it really convenient. It’s truly plug-and-play, so I had no issues setting it up. I don’t use any fancy software—just OBS, where I simply add a video capture device like a webcam but select the capture card instead. The video quality is great; I haven’t noticed any issues with FPS, quality, or colour drop. Audio has also been flawless for me. I did have an OBS audio issue, but it was easy to resolve. I’d definitely recommend this, as it’s budget-friendly and perfect for what I needed!

Excellent but runs very hot
Bought to use Amazon Firestick on laptop.Easy to use once OBS studio installed.Excellent picture quality and streaming speed.However, it becomes very hot so you need to be careful not to fall asleep with it plugged in.An excellent and inexpensive purchase compared to some other similar equipment

Does the thing, turned my PC into a HDMI switch
I was dubious about this purchase, mainly due to the price, but also due to the price, I though I'd take a shot at it.Primarily I wanted to play my PS3, but had not apare HDMI ports on my TV, if the side effect was I could capture it too, bonus.Well, I managed to play through Demons Souls and Dark Souls 2 on PS3 without issue.Even to the point where I am planning on turning my PC into a HDMI switch for all my consoles. Time to pick up a few more of these guys.

720p is good enough for me, but it could do 1080p, and maybe even 4K!

You get what you pay for, not what's advertised
At 1928x1080 this only captures at 5 fps at best with a 1 second lag. I wanted a cheap way to use my laptop as a monitor for server admin work. It's acceptable for that - better than nothing.It works with keyboard + console work. It's totally unusable for anything requiring streaming video or a mouse because of the lag and the low frame rate.
