4lbs. I love mine, I carry it on bike rack with a couple of small bungee cords so I can sit whenever I go to outdoor events. Recently used it at the Cavs championship parade, perfect size, very comfortable, hundreds of queries about it, shared the chair with those standing near me and desperate to sit... sturdy chair.

I am 5’2” and weigh 135. It’s comfortable for an hour or so. The seat is not very deep, but for a camp chair, it’s not bad. I think the more likely problem would be if you were very wide.
