This product did absolutely nothing for me besides raised my blood pressure. It suppose to suppress your appetite but this product made me hungrier. Maybe this stuff is only for bodybuilders that's looking to get those last couple of pounds off, i would save your money if that's not you.

Luckily for me, I don't have issues with my weight - but was interested to see if Thermo-Burn would help jumpstart my metabolism, and assist in muscle recovery after exertion. Can't say it hurt anything, but I didn't "feel the burn" either. While I can attest to the beneficial properties of many ingredients in Thermo-Burn (including ashwagandha, chromium, L-carnitine and capsicum), collectively they didn't do much for me. Also, I don't understand why you would put both caffeine (yikes!) alongside 5-HTP (a precursor to l-tryptophan) in your formulation. It's the equivalent of taking speed for the boost with quaaludes to calm you down. Of course, your mileage may vary, and I guess it's better than other supplements which contain Ephedra.
