So I’m just a home baker, but my son wanted me to make his wedding cake. I did some research and learned that to make a 12 inch wedding cake, you need to use some kind of cake nails so that it will bake thoroughly. So I ordered these and placed three of them in the pan with the batter. This was a carrot cake base. These worked extremely well and I was so happy that I used them because I don’t think the center of that cake would have ever baked properly without them. I could tell the outside of the cake was starting to be done a little early so without those nails, I think it would’ve been massively over baked on the edges. I highly recommend using these when you are baking a 10 inch in diameter cake or larger. Like I said, I used three for a 12 inch base. Very happy with this product. They were also easy to clean and sturdy enough that when I poured the batter around them, they didn’t tip over. They seem professional grade.

I love these pans! They worked great for my heart-shaped cakes—the shape is perfect, and they baked evenly with no issues. However, they did accidentally go through the dishwasher (which I didn’t realize they weren’t dishwasher-safe), and the coating became a bit off. So if you purchase these, I definitely recommend hand washing them. Despite that, I would absolutely buy them again!

This was great and it worked! Every year I struggled to get the middle of my fruitcake done without drying out the rest of the cake. This year I researched and discovered cake nails. I had never heard of these before. I used 1 in the middle of my 10 inch springform pan and it did the trick! Game changing!!

With these you can use a loaf pan for box cake mix or corn bread. Two of these in the middle of a pan evens the baking. Less crisp edges and bottoms.

Great pans! I always spray my pans and the cake slide right out of the pan, feel thin but overall great!

Looks just like what was advertised. Delivered on time. The cake I made came out very nice and I was pleasantly surprised at how evenly it was baked. Made 2 cakes with it, both great. I recommend it.
