Very nice company to work with, packaged well, showed up earlier than expected. High quality well made rug. Adds a decorative touch to a space. Very pleased eased overall.

This arrived in odd packaging and upon unboxing, it had a horrible odor of chemicals. I let it air out for days and the smell still persists in the room. Also, please take note of the size before ordering. The description can be misleading.

I received the rug much faster than estimated by at least a month however the condition of the rug is very questionable. It had a very thick layer of im not sure but it legitimately smells like wet fur of a wild animals. This material continues to shed and fall out and off the rug. I’m also not someone who has any known allergies and yet touching the rug has caused a serious skin reaction and what seems to be a respiratory reaction. It smells very strongly of what I can only describe as a wet wild animals and motor oil. It’s very strange and I’m not sure this product is safe for purchase. There needs to be an investigation into this to make sure Amazon is selling safe products.

Such an amazingly cool and hefty rug BUT it sheds black hairs for weeks. I think it’s stopped now, but I bought a wire pet brush to brush it every few days
