MIMOSITO is based in LA, the founder is a creative graphic designer who loves to travel and collect scarves. To satisfy her obsession with scarves, she is inspired to open a studio that primarily sells scarves in hope to share her beautiful collections with people from around the world. We work closely with designers and factories to produce the best quality possible. Our name, MIMOSITO came from the combination of two Spanish words: Mimoso + Osito. “Mimoso”- meaning cuddly, someone who enjoys being given affection or wants to give affection in the form of physical contact. The suffix “Osito” - means little bear. Who does not love to cuddle with a little bear? We are scarf lovers who enjoy the feeling of cuddling. Scarves make the perfect cuddling partner whenever, wherever you want. It not only feels great but also gives you style while keeping you warm. They are wonderful gifts people love to receive and will appreciate and remember. These lightweight scarves are not just for the colder weather, they are one of our favorite accessories of all time and works perfectly on a warmer summer or spring day.

Very lightweight! Elegant.
I wanted lightweight for the desert. This is perfect. It is elegant, but the fabric makes it able to also be casual.

Pretty color
This is a lovely scarf that is large enough to use as a shawl. It’s best use would be with chunky sweaters and coats/jackets.

Prettty, but....................
When the scarf arrived, I was very excited, but disappointed. They are very thin, but that was not the issue as much as they looked faded to me, they were not as bright as I wanted them to be. They look like they are old and been washed a few times. s I will use them in decorating but not for wearing. The size is good, the pattern is good.

I wore this scarf almost daily in Alaska. It kept my neck warm while kayaking, , pulled it up to cover my face while in a skiff, and it looked pretty at dinner.

Pretty color, light weight with a nice drape.

Good Quality, Lightweight but Darker Than The Photo
This is a pretty scarf, but it isn't the beautiful aqua like the photo shows. It's a darker blue - almost a royal blue. I kept it as it will be pretty for fall. I'm just disappointed the shade was so different.
