The pegs on my dishwasher racks were rusting & breaking off after lots of loads in hard water. These little caps saved the day. Had to use a metal rasp to file down some of the tines before they would fit, but ultimately every tine got a cap & they're just like new racks. Have had them in place now for several months & they've held up perfectly. I love it when a simple fix works so well. Great quality product!

Perfect length and size for my dish washer racks. They were easy to install, stay on really well, and will protect dishwasher racks from rusting on tips. Highly recommend!

These dishwasher tine repair end cover caps are amazing! I almost spent more than $100 to replace just the bottom dishwasher rack and then saw these and thought I would give them a try. I know some reviewers said they had a terrible time getting them on. My husband put them on for me and although you had to be firm, they went on easier than we expected. They are on tight and feel like they are on for good. The color matches perfectly and I will no longer have rust marks on my dishes. I did get two bags and we wound up going into the second bag to cover some tines on the top rack. These are a great way to solve the rusted tines problem without breaking the bank.

Very difficult to put on

We have a Whirlpool dishwasher. These were a little hard to get on, but they seem to be staying put. We found that if you stretch them a little bit (like you would a balloon before you inflate it), they’re easier to put on. Would recommend..

did not fit over the dishwasher bits, as promised. Out of curiosity, I took them to a friend's house to try it on a different model. didn't fit on theirs either.

These would probably install fairly easily on a brand-new dishwasher rack. Unfortunately, my dishwasher rack is a couple years old, and the plastic on the tips of the rack are worn off and the metal underneath is rusting. New racks are ridiculously pricy. These were a cheap fix. It is a major pain to get these started and pushed down on the tines. It takes several sessions to install them all, because after 20 or so, my fingers start getting very sore. Also, when installed, there is an air bubble at the tip. Time will tell if that is going to be a weak spot. On the plus side, they do seem to seal tightly and fix the problem of exposed, rusty tines.
