Canon continues to make great camera bodies
I love this camera so much! I had been a Canon T2i user for over a decade and it was time to upgrade. I did a lot of research and read good things about the R10. I’ve taken this camera on multiple international trips and the photos are phenomenal. It’s very easy to use in automatic mode, but it also allows you to customize things like shutter speed and aperture if you need more custom control.

EOS R10 mirrorless
I have been a lifelong Canon user and my current camera is the EOS 80D. When I received the EOS R10 I was stunned at the smaller size and the reduced weight. The R10 with its reduced operational footprint is a entirely new learning curve for me. The intricate details for quickly modifying my photo needs when in the field are not there as quickly as I need them. Initially, I am not as content with the R10 from a photographer's perspective. However, I have not utilized the video capabilities yet of the R10 and that is one of the reasons I purchased the R10.

Great travel camera
Small, lightweight and highly capable. LOTS of performance and user control but you'll have to download Canon's 18 MB manual to explore its features. Newcomers should know a memory card is required, but not included, to save any photos or video in the camera. Canon offers their RF lenses for this camera that are, generally, well matched to a highly portable and affordable kit.

The EOS R10 is the unsung hero of the Canon mirrorless camera range. Image quality is brilliant from the 24 megapixel sensor which strikes just the right balance between resolution and file size. The auto focus is amazing. The ability to recognise and track things like cars and motorcycles makes it perfect for motorsports photography as does the 15fps shooting rate. The control layout is very intuitive and features the same dial and button layout as much more expensive Canon cameras which makes it fast and simple to operate. The camera is small, light and compact too and with the 18-150 kit lens it’s a fabulous walk around camera / travel camera. If you have larger than average hands it can feel a bit cramped but there are a few third-party base plates / cases which improve the handling and balance no end. I have several Canon cameras including full fame, but this is the one I use the most as it’s small and light enough to want to carry it around all day. NOTE: My copy was genuine UK stock supplied with a UK charger and cable. Camera was on quite old firmware which suggests it was old stock but not a problem as simple to update.

Great, lots of features worth of money I spent. Plenty of lenses to choose from or you could get an adapter and use some of your old lenses.

Camera was not for Uk market comes with plug travel adapter and was not listed on Uk canon which means no canon Uk warranty, gray zone products
