This light is approximately 5 feet tall when fully extended. The timer is working as expected. The product is very light-weight and we chose to attach it to a sturdy base rather than use the enclosed bag, which would have necessitated purchasing sand or rocks. We like that this light is compact when disassembled and will be easy to store when no longer needed.

The light appears well built , i like that it comes with its own sandbag ( I'm using one I already have ) , the lights are protected by clear plastic , the timer function is nice ( i wish it went up to 16 hours , it maxes at 12 ), and it produces very little heat. The problem is that the power and size of the light are nowhere near what the photos or description would lead you to believe. I have the non timer 250watt equivalent also and it puts out far more light and stands over 6 feet tall, much better product imo.

I'm so glad I purchased this grow light for my plants. I have 3 beautiful fiddle leaf plants and several others and they just were not getting enough light, so that's why I purchased this grow light, and I'm happy I did & my plants are happy I did. They look great!

This review is for the 8ft 4-strips grow light. One of the light strips is no longer working after just 6 months of use. Also, some of the individual LEDs on the other strips are not working. Edit 03-07-24: The seller contacted me right away and more than willing to correct the issue. I received the replacement unit today and everything is good. I did not need to return the defective unit.

I have a studio apartment and so I have blackout shades to help me sleep (also like not a whole lot of natural light anyway). So I got this to help my plants and let me tell you they are THRIVING. The growth I’ve seen is way better compared to other plant lights I’ve tried.
