After some research, I wanted to see if Magnesium Chloride would help me with my inability to sleep soundly beyond 4 hours a night and if in turn my anxiety would lessen. For the price and after reading the reviews AND the money back guarantee I literally had nothing to lose. I tried the spray for a multiple nights before writing a review. Sprayed and massaged three to four squirts on one foot and wiped the excess in my “bat wing” area. Was a bit tacky before being completely dry; a few minutes. I have been able to sleep and EVEN BETTER been able to fall back asleep when I wake up in the night (my brain, hubs, dogs…it doesn’t take much). OMG! Game, dare I say, life changer. Further, no joke, waking up in a better mood too! Last night, as a “test”, I didn’t use it. I was much more awake in the night and after 5 hours… I gave in and started the day as was my usual before using my “magic bottle”. We all need a good night’s rest. The benefits are enormous for medical health. Dr. Google can provide details. LOL I do have health issues & am of “certain age”…57, & sleep doesn’t come easy. After researching, I decided to try this spray for my sleep troubles and anxiety. I massaged it onto my foot, sprayed in on my calves or under my arms and the results were astonishing. Not only did I sleep soundly, but I could even fall back asleep during the night. It’s been a life changer! The texture is a bit tacky initially, but that fades as it dries. This is a wonderful oil for very dry bumpy skin works great to hydrate your skin, les dry bumps note after continued use. Does not leave you oily , does absorb into skin. May depend on skin type but for dry skin this has appearance and feel of skin.

Great, I use it on my feet before bed and I sleep better. It doesn’t make me sleepy but I sleep better I wake up feeling like I got a good sleep

Where has this been all my life! I do not gain anything by telling you that this works fast and I’m shocked! I was so skeptical but when the suggestion came up I was willing to give it a try. I highly recommend this. It has a strange texture it feels like oil and it’s not oily it’s a dry oil, if there is such a thing. It doesn’t leave in oily residue but it feels waterproof like it’s placed a barrier of rosin on your skin. I’ll go ahead and use a generous portion on the area and I have not been disappointed yet. I use it on my feet, my lower back, my neck and shoulder area. My family member uses it on her legs especially at night they have been cramping her which we determined was a sign of lack of a particular mineral. Very common and treatable with the oral version of magnesium. There are many different kinds of magnesium’s, I never do and each of them serve a different purpose. Consider what you need and match the route with the symptoms or match the solution to your need.
