So I guess for the price this is ok. I didn’t read the description carefully enough and I didn’t realize the tassels are tissue paper and you do all the assembly yourself. It took my mom and I about 30 mins or so to unfold and twist all the paper tassels. I will say the colors are vibrant and true and the tassels were larger than I expected so that was nice. We got it for my son’s “Sweet One” birthday party and so the colors and vibe matched the theme really well. Ultimately it’s probably an appropriate quality for the low price and I didn’t read the description well enough which led to me feeling like I didn’t get exactly what I was expecting. Also, I didn’t feel bad just throwing them away when the party was over bc they’re just paper and I didn’t spend a lot.

When I bought this to use as a decoration for my son's birthday party, I didn't realize we had to assemble it. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have purchased it if I knew we had to assemble it because usually there's no extra time when we are preparing to host a party.My daughter and I assembled it just under thirty minutes. It's sturdy for a party, but I wouldn't store it away and keep it because it's tissue paper. The colors are bright, and just as pictured.
