Great knife, very sharp and high quality, reasonably priced for the quality

Super sharp. I use Avocado Oil on the wooden handle after washing & drying, otherwise dish soap will destroy the handle over time. Kinda like changing Oil on a car. Simple maintenance goes a log way!

This paring knife is perfect. Victorinox is my favorite brand, I've used them for more than 30 years. High quality, professional, and stay sharp. I got the rosewood handle to match my others, but you can save a few bucks by getting the synthetic handle, the blade is the same. I bought this new paring knife because my son took my old one when he moved to his own apartment. That knife is older than him, and still good as new.

High quality. Good value. I like the rosewood handle. Would have given it a higher mark if it came with a cheap sheath. It's a paring knife so the thin blade is appropriate but it may not hold it's edge if used with a hard cutting board or stored in a knife drawer.

This knife surpassed my expectations. If you're looking for a compact paring knife or have small hands like me, this is the one paring knife you should invest in. Has a very sharp blade and you can see the quality of both the handle and metal. I read all the reviews and this one is solid! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, and the price was a good value for the high quality!
