Picture quality is great, especially at night. This monitor worked great for us for a couple of days. Then the sound went out. I can no longer hear the baby if shes crying or making noise. We even tried the app to see if that changed anything, and no such luck...I ended up buying an audio monitor to go along with it to ease my mind. The battery life on the monitor is awful as well. Fully charged only lasts a few hours, even when it's on auto wake where the screen isn't on 24/7. Setup was ultimately seamless, but we did have some weird connectivity issues where it would disconnect and then reconnect by itself. All in all 3 stars because it doesn't fully work as intended, and its overpriced for the amount of issues we had with it. **UPDATE** Updating to one star after 1.5 yrs because in addition to the sound issue, we're now experiencing frequent disconnecting and the only way I can get it to reconnect is being within arms length of the camera. I've decided to try my luck with a different brand. This one was definitely not worth it.

I was hesitant to buy this because I was worried the quality of the camera wouldn’t be the best but it is sooo good! When it’s on night vision mode you can zoom in and see baby’s chest move up and down which is exactly what I was looking for. The monitor last a couple hours before you have to charge it which is pretty good. And my favorite part is that you can either use the monitor it comes with or you can connect the app and watch baby on your phone

This monitor is great and the picture quality is by far better than the owlet. the battery is kinda limited but it doesn't phase it's function. Our house is about 1,500 sqft so it works pretty good for us. I suggest if you are working in the yard..leave the monitor within range and just put the volume on loud cause it will loose signal if you venture out too far.

I had this monitor given to me as a gift in 2020 and it worked great! Unfortunately after a year the charging cord ripped open where are the tag was and I'm pretty sure where the charger plugged in to the monitor was loose so it just wouldn't charge at all. I called customer support and they said since it was past my warranty they were not able to replace it but they gave me 15% off on the website. I didn't end up using it because it was cheaper to buy it on Amazon. Anyways this is my second model and so far it's working great! I have a clear picture of my kid and sound as well. The only complaint I have is that for some reason the connection keeps going out. (We do not have it hooked up to wifi.) Fortunately when the connection goes out it alerts you with a little beep. For all the anxious parents out there that's super nice to have! Overall I recommend this product, though I would be careful with the charger because I had issues in the past.

Back tripod support came off in my hand. Battery no longer holds a charge after only 3 months of use. Only works when plugged in. WiFi capabilities annoying to setup.

Had bought this monitor in 2023 and have loved it although it did disconnect itself here and there which was frustrating. But I tried to purchase it again for my second baby. Ordered the two camera bundle, and although the 7in monitor is amazing, the sound and speaker is terrible. You can barely hear anything when the sound is all the way up. The camera doesn’t allow for full view of both beds in one screen either, you would have to buy an extremely tall camera holder to be able to view both beds fully. I sent the cameras back and tried buying another single camera thinking It would work better but unfortunately whatever update they did on their monitors gave it terrible Speaker and sound capabilities. I will be sending it back as well and just going with another brand.

The monitor battery does not last 6-8 hours even with dimming. And it only charges with its own charger and not any type C as any other device!

El producto es una porquería, nunca sirvió bien. El vendedor dio un pésimo servicio y no quizo aceptar la devolución.
