Unnecessarily premium, but the quality/features justify the price for serious fighting game fans
Compatible with PS4, PS5, and PC (these days I'm mainly playing SF6 on Steam) Build quality's amazing. The chassis is aluminum, just hefty enough that you don't have to worry about sliding it around on your lap (assisted by the generous rubber and foam padding underneath), but light enough that you can pick it up and wave it around with one hand. The wrist rest area is the best I've used, and this is coming from many sticks including the Mad Catz TES+ whose very useable wrist rest is completely eclipsed in comfort by the Victrix, to hard edged, harsh-angled beasts like the Qanba Dragon. The underside is lined with smooth rubber on the sides near the handles, and a thin layer of high quality foam along the lid. The lights along the top panel and the sides are great too. You won't see them during gameplay, obviously, but they've made a good impression with friends watching along who are newer to fighting games. Also, it's great for modding. Unlike other sticks, you can't easily modify the top surface without more exotic modding methods like metal etching/engraving, but getting into the guts of the thing is a pleasure. There's a lid underneath with a sturdy, well fit lid that more or less stays in place where you leave it (i.e. doesn't flap around loosely), and it's well organized inside. The only thing I can nitpick is that, since I'm transitioning to GamerFinger screw-in buttons (which I highly recommend over the stock Sanwas if you want a quieter, sturdier button with a more pronounced depress or "springback" action), space to get in there and work the screw threads is somewhat tight. But as of the time of writing I've replaced all the 24mm buttons - just need to find a single 30mm GamerFinger in stock to replace the jump button. I anticipate that sticking to latch/buckle-style buttons would present zero issues with space to mod. But if you're just looking for a good stick to game on, or even start learning fighting games if you're new, I wouldn't recommend this as your first fightstick purchase. The extent to which the build quality and features actually justify the lofty $400 price tag won't be apparent until after you've been through a bunch of different sticks (and even then, for some, $400 is too far north to justify any arcade stick beyond the basic expectations of taking some abuse and lasting a few years without having to change out parts, and that's perfectly reasonable). There are plenty of sub-$200 sticks out there that will last through years of heavy use and are just as mod-able, with more conventional and available ways to customize the front art. But man, if you know what you're in for, and if you're a longtime, serious fighting game fan with some extra cash to spend, there's a lot to love here.

Absolutely top tier and easy to mod!
I’ve beat the hell out of this thing and it’s still as amazing as the day I bought it. Buttons were old school sanwa plungers so they had to go. Just too loud for my liking at this point. Modding is a breeze and if you have a FreakMods lever it fits just fine!!! That was a huge find for me! It’s robust and heavy with padding underneath, fits across the length of my lap, and out of the box it’s tuned and ready to roll! 10/10 would highly recommended and if you’re looking to go leverless you’d be hard pressed not to go with the leverless version of this box! (Lever with small BT is stock lever)

Simple but effective.
Love this arcade stick! The feel is amazing and purple is even better in person. The weight is perfect for me it actually stays in my lap or on my table. Extremely comfortable and cold to the touch when I first pull it out of my draw. The removable joystick is a godsend for putting in my bag for tournaments

DOA, but giving it a second go
Update: Replaced product is great, received a lemon initially. Lemons are hard to avoid all-together so I'm updating to a 5 star review. I'll keep the old review below, though, in case others have issues/it is useful. ------------------- When SF5 came out I developed a repetitive motion injury. For SF6 I wasn't going to risk having the same issue/ordered a stick a month ahead of time, though I didn't open it until SF6 dropped. The Victrix seems great but "up" on the stick doesn't work. The box was in perfect shape, the stick itself is a tank, I doubt it was damaged in transit. My guess is this was a lemon out of the factory, it is too bad it wasn't QC'd given the price. This is the stick I want, I'm going to order another and hope for the best (though quality is now a concern) I'll update this review if the replacement seems okay, I'm hoping this was an anomaly. -R

Best Pro Fightstick
This is the best High end fightstick the buttons are nice and Clicky, it's sleek and stylish with built in LEDs and with excellent build quality and its extremely responsive and Modular. If you've used Fightsticks before and you're thinking about getting a pro stick then this is definitely worth the price

Nice fight stick with some design flaws.
Great fight stick with some quirks. High quality, great feel— however, there’s a few things that don’t make the most sense. First of all, they have the R1/R2, L1/L2 buttons reversed from their logical orientation, so the R buttons are left of the L buttons, with the L buttons on the right; that’s a broken design decision in my opinion. Second issue: there’s no slack on the internal cabling, so for example if you want to change out the Sanwa joystick with anything else, you’ll need to be sure the connector on your new joystick is exactly in the same location; I tried to change mine with a Siemitsu whose connector sits in the middle of the joystick and the cable will not reach it, so I had to revert to the Sanwa. Pics attached. Anyway, it’s a cool stick, but I feel like they could improve on its flaws.

I have had no issues from this stick. It looks to be machined from a single block of aluminum that is high grade and there is no flex when even tapping the buttons horrendously. Compatible with ps5 and on pc tekken 8 runs great. 10/10 would recommend. Also the packaging is overkill I love it
