Love this syrup, don't need much to satisfy my sweet fix lol ! I put it on everything it is yummy! , avocado shake, toast, overnight oatmeal, coffee, pancake, bubble tea, plus more. I love this. Use it for syrup. To sweeten oatmeal and cereal. Put it in yogurt. It’s so good for you health wise and won’t make you fat I just love it. It tastes so good. Try it. You’ll love it too.

So I’ve been testing out maple syrup and molasses alternatives when I can get those, and here it is! The perfect choice! It’s one ingredient with a rich sweet taste. It’s a easy to use bottle and the thickness is great compared to molar and maple syrup! The consistency is great because it doesn’t get stuck after it sets. There’s a seal which I love. I want to try this again soon! Definitely a game changer to eat with pancakes. My daughter doesn’t miss out on maple syrup or molasses when she eats this! It’s a hug in a jar for my 6 year old!

Organic date syrup is a natural aid to bowel health. I have used it for years. This organic syrup is less expensive than syrup of figs is very pleasant to take, effective and avoids need for synthetic products.

The date syrup is great when you can get it out of the bottle! You are supposed to be able to invert it squeeze the bottle it should come out but it doesn't. The plastic bottle is too hard to squeeze efficiently. I may have to cut it open to get to the last third of it out.

A little to expensive.

So I bought this to try in place of dates sugar. It said one teaspoon in tea or whatever but I find that I squeeze it into my porridge and tea. 1 tsp is definitely not enough, it doesn't make anything tasty. If u want your cuppa tasting like u added sugar or honey then u need atleast 4 tip. It has no funny tastes or anything so I will recommend it
