Filters are water perfect result

Very good filters

We don't drink the water from these, we clean with it. It's just one stage in a sequence of membranes so the system can run with this one on sending the permeate down the drain, so, as usual, I flushed the first hour or so in order not to contaminate my holding tank but the TDS numbers were still quite high. It took several hours of flushing before the numbers became reasonable and I was starting to think I'd bought a dud but now it's been in service for a while it has dropped to under 10ppm and seems steady. After a potential rocky start I'm very happy.

We've been using these membranes to concentrate the maple sap in syrup production for a few years. They work as they should and separate water from the concentrated sap.
