So, full disclosure, I picked up a shade that didn't quite match my skin tone like I thought it would. But here's the silver lining – the formula is fantastic. I've got several other shades (including the cult favourite ' Rum Raisin' and it's totally worth the hype).First off, let's talk about the texture. It's like gliding silk over your lips. Seriously, it's so smooth and creamy, thanks to the infusion of aloe and rose quartz. My lips felt moisturized and pampered all day long, which is a win in my book. I normally have very dry/cracked lips and lipstick usually accentuates this - not this one!And the shine? Oh boy, it's like a gloss without the stickiness. My lips had this gorgeous, glass-like finish that caught the light in all the right ways. It's perfect for those days when you want a little extra oomph without going full-on gloss. It lasts much longer than gloss as well, and it's very buildable. You can do a light wash or full on pigment.So yeah, while the shade might not have been my perfect match, I can't deny that Revlon nailed it with the formula. If you're in the market for a moisturizing lipstick with a high-shine finish, give this one a shot.

I've tried two Revlon Glass Shines, and Nude Illuminator is my go-to. It looks like a clear gloss on my lips with a hint of color, but provides enough coverage for the darker edges of my lips. Plus, it has a light vanilla-cookie scent which is so nice! The shine and color do fade a bit, but I just reapply every few hours!

Now my go-to lipstick. I'm old and my lips are thinner and drier. I've noticed other older women still wearing their bold coloured, chalky lipstick and it's not good. It emphasizes lip thinness and dryness. So I'm pleased to have found a good alternative.

Color superb, I do not wear cosmetics and just want some lipstick put on. This nude shade is perfect and it is creamy and do not dry out my lips, easy to apply. My everyday lipstick.
