Very easy to set up before you leave for your trip and worked like a charm whilst out in the USA especially in the middle of nowhere Yosemite. Would definitely buy again if over in the US

I had a problem for the activation becasue the custmer centre told me that my phone (Xiaomi Fold4) was not compatible so they didn't do it. I already used Tmobile prevuoisly this year so i asked them to activate the SIM anyway. In the end the SIM is working perfecly, 5G everywhere in New York, fast data and free calls for the time i needed.

I bought this ahead of time to use with a spare US phone I had already. I checked using their website thaty phone was compatible and was informed it was fine with suggestions for products to buy.The activation seemed clunky and a week before I got the message my phone wasn't compatible with the message that the following aren't supported: Please Note: 1. Chinese brands phone (Xiaomi/Oppo/Vivo/RealMe/Redmi) irrespective with 5G network are incompatible with USA SIM card. 2. Samsung A series and M series are incompatible with USA SIM card. 3. iPhone 8 & below versions are incompatible with USA SIM card. Since this was beyond my refund period with Amazon I couldn't get anything back. The activation didn't happen on the day requested and needed chasing. My SIM is locked and the support messages suggest using a different phone. Total waste of money and at best out of date compatibility information and at worst misleading. Adversity being the mother of all invention, I got an esim for my regular phone just in case that has worked out simple to use, way cheaper and more convenient. Wish I had experimented with a travel esim before. A zero star product.

I had unlimited data while travelling in the US. I was travelling with my family and wanted to use this sim with a TP Link 4G WiFi router. Unfortunately the sim does not appear to support that device. Be aware that if you were to buy this sim card and use your phone as a portal hot-spot for the family, there is a "fair usage" limit of 3GB after which hot-spot traffic gets throttled. As a result, if you were planning on using this for work and connecting a laptop, you would likely find this unusable beyond the limit. Other than these issues, I had good signal and reliable data connection on my phone.

There is a lot of misinformation about these SIMs. I see reviews that say they dont work on chinese phones and that is incorrect i have a Xiaomi note 13 5G and had 5G signal and great internet speeds of 300Mbps+ most of the time i was in Boston USA. After filling out the form to activate i was sent a message saying that the activation failed as my phone is unsupported i contacted T-mobile via chat and they said they can not activated it as it would not work. I reviewed the bands my phone works on and the bands that T-mobile use and could see most bands still work so i asked them to activated and they said they would but there would be no refund or support if it did not work. Surprise surprise it worked and it was compatible with my Chinese phone. Just beware if you have a chinese phone they will say its not supported as they dont know. ignore them and have them activate it. worst case you will have slow speeds on 3G or 4G but thats enough for most tourists who just want to use google maps to get around. once its activated it works within a few hours.

Bought this primarily for the data, but the free calls were useful a couple of times during the holiday. Very easy and smooth set-up, kept up to date on the activation progress and SIM was activated by lunchtime on the date requested. Loved that it's an actual SIM rather than e-SIM, so less chance that the settings on your phone gets messed up. Data worked faultlessly over the 18 days. 17GB used, mainly on Google Maps for our US road trip. I can't praise this product enough & would deffo buy it again.

Used for 2 US trips, easy activation, works the moment phone was turned on. Great 5G coverage and at a great price. Will use again.

Bought for my phone but my phone wasn't compatible. Received a full refund.
