This is my favorite Magnesium supplement. We've reordered it many many times and have been using it for a few years. Very satisfied. Doesn't cause any digestion issues, calms RLS, and is a vital supplement to have on hand as research will show.

This is the best magnesium I’ve ever taken my sleep has never been better and I have a 3 month old. The couple of 3 to 4 hours I do get of sleep are great my sleep scores have been in the green since I’ve incorporated this into my night routine!

I was diagnosed Chronic Anemia 4 years ago when I found blood builder. This supplement has changed my life. After incorporating exercise consistently into my lifestyle I started having spasms in my legs and fingers. After researching how to help my 50+ year old body Magnesium kept coming up and I ordered it. The size of the pill scared me and for 3 months they just accumulated in my drawer on auto fill This last month I had several stressful situations which increased the severity of the cramping to the point where I was waking up screaming in pain. I started the pills and took 1 in the am 1 in the pm everyday for 1 week. The cramps were still occurring but leas severely. After a week I took 2 pills in the am and an additional pill every other day. Now I take 100 to 150 mg daily and the cramps have stopped. So much so that my RLS has also subsided where I could take a flight without all the leg thumping and calisthenics

These were pretty difficult for me to swallow - very large and somewhat chalky. I've since switched to another option.

This is the magnesium supplement I have taken for years and it works as I need it to. I notice when I don't remember to take it for a while. Helps with period cramps when taken regularly. Easy enough to swallow with water.

Really notice a difference at night w sleeping better and love getting minerals, so important !!

I love this supplement. It has helped with anxiety, sleep, general calming me down, cramps, and heart palpitations. Probably more than that, that I’m not even aware of. I only take 1 a night. Rarely I’ve taken 2 in 1 day. But this has been one of the best additions to my health regimen I’ve ever made. Sometimes I forget to do reviews. But I was looking at the bottle and thinking about how beneficial it’s been, so I thought I’d share it. Oh. And I haven’t had any issues with diarrhea or anything from it. But I don’t take a lot at once and don’t know what would happen if I took 2 at once or more than that in 1 day. But I 100% recommend this brand’s magnesium.
