I am really getting to like grease marker pencils -- bright color, they don't fade or smear. Get's the point across. I am fan of "Dixon" pencils, so I thought I. would try this brand -- very nice shade of red. Will re-order. Sharon H

Bought these to write on glass, metal, and plastic containers. No problem writing to these surfaces, plenty of marking on the surfaces, so it's easy to read, and wipes off with a little bit of elbow grease applied (that is, it doesn't simply brush off and lose the markings accidentally, you have to want to get it off). It can discolor plastic a little bit the longer it is left on.

I am delighted with these red pencils. As a magician, I frequently use these pencils in my routines as they are excellent for marking plastic or coins. Unlike dry erase or wet erase marking pens, the markings remain more steadfast, but the markings can be easily removed with a cloth or tissue on most impervious surfaces. I highly recommend these pencils. Even though there are marking pencils that are retractable, this type of "Peel-Off" marker is fast, easy to use, and lasts a long time. I use both versions of pencils and highly recommend both types for their individual advantages.

When buying china markers I expect them to be a little less... chalky. I have been using these to write on glass bottles and metal bottle caps and after about a month of using them I find myself a little frustrated. in order to write on the bottles (clean and dry) I find myself pressing excessively hard and not getting a good mark until i scribble several times over the same spot. When I do finally make the mark, it is hard tor remove which is great for me but may not be for everyone. finally i find that the actual marker is very brittle. the nature of the peel off pencil is that once you peal back a layer you have this great long tip with which to write with but the core of this pencil is so fragile that it almost always immediately snaps off with the slightest touch. I am not extremely happy with this product, but it gets the job done.

I like the color but I feel they are a little dry. I used them on the skin when doing my mapping for Nano brows or microblading. They don’t glide as well as other ones. I had to put some oil on it to make it write better.

Paper wrappings were not scored deep enough. Wide strips peeled off and we wasted a number of pencils. We tried a number of ways to correct the problem but nothing worked. Very disappointed. We use them for underlining when we study.

Bought these to mark my tires when I swap from Summer to Winter. Worked like a charm. You just can't go wrong with a Dixon pencil. These folks know how to pencil. With my tires now having the placement marked, quite clearly, in my chosen red, I'm now free to drive safely without the distraction of wondering if I'all get my tires on and rotated properly in spring. Hah! Who am I kidding, this is Canada and I wonder have my summer tires on until actual summer I bet. Regardless, these Dixon China marker's can write on just about anything.
