I’m really pleased with the Abena Slip Premium XL4s. They’re very comfortable and absorbent — they can easily handle a full night without much, if any, leakage. When I use them with a bed pad, I usually wake up to a dry bed. They’ve also coped well with bowel accidents without any issues. They do take a little fiddling to get into place, but this was my first time using a taped diaper, so it might just have been me getting used to them. The only downside is that the tapes aren’t very strong — they can come loose even when you stick them down properly. I’ve solved this by using a strip of white Gorilla tape along the waistband (whilst being careful to not stick to skin) and wearing net pants over the top, which keeps everything secure. I’ve even worn them to a doctor’s appointment without any embarrassment, which is great to know I don't have to try and get to a toilet. The Size is great for me, I can't find better value for money with this absorbancy level, they aren't the bulkiest I've seen, but that wouldn't bother me anyway, they are there to absorb not look discreet. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them, especially for anyone bed bound or with limited mobility. Just be prepared to reinforce the tapes a bit for a perfect fit — it’s worth it for the comfort and protection these provide.

Excellent product. Great for absorption and the size was the perfect fit. Comfortable material and also a great price. Will purchase again.

Urinary incontinence.

These pads are excellent. They are comfortable and there are no leaks there is no odor. You can wear them with your underwear and they don't show I recommend them

I ordered these and not my usual brand as I needed next day delivery. My own error, I didn't pay too much attention to the size! I figured like most other brands, extra large would be about a women's size 18-20. These are more like size 34 women's. Perfect if that's what you require. Unfortunately I don't, but I can't fault the brand or product for that, the sizing is clearly displayed on the advert.

These leak. So not a lot of good. But I shall use as extra padding

I bought a pack of XL4 slips from Amazon. However the tabs are not strong enough to hold the slip in place. This is an XL size, it has 2 tabs either side, they do not grip enough to hold. When you move around the slip does slip, down and you are constantly pulling them up. I tried sellotape for extra grip and it still doesnt work. I had to resort to a belt under my trousers to try and keep them up but it is uncomfortable. It seems pointless have a slip that will retain lots of fluid, if it doesnt hold anywhere near before falling down. 2 small tabs on either side is not effective on a slip with fluid weight this size. Also the tabs loose grip if you have to reposition them they rarely stick and hold. Customer service offered a nurse to talk to me about it Regards Glen.

non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il prodotto, secondo quanto scritto, sarebbe dovuto costare circa 0,50 euro al pezzo, quindi con 24,94 euro ci sarebbero stati 48 pannoloni e non 12.

I have used this product for a couple of years with no problem at all until recently. My last two boxes contained diapers that fell apart when removed from the package and opened. The wings (sometimes front and sometimes back) have been detached from the absorbent part and the diaper is unusable. I think this is either a manufacturing problem or a quality control problem. Whatever it is, I have been disappointed.

Its ok for someone that has mild incontinence issues, but my 23 yr old son is handicapped and has sever incontenance issues. The diapers hold well but I find I have to change him more frequently. It will hold around 4 hours or so ( or 3 urines)
