This thing saved me so much money. It was easy to put on. It’s very sturdy and best of all I don’t have to worry about my legs dropping like the plastic crap before it. Works perfectly.

LaZboy would not send me the replacement part under warrantee, they would only provide it to an "authorized service contractor" who was going to charge me $200 to install it for me. Instead I ordered this part and installed it myself. The part is much more robust than the cheap plastic part provided by LaZboy, it's easy to install, and works great.

Parts were very high quality. Installation was a bit of a challenge, since I never received any installation instructions, vague or otherwise. All good though. I have my recliner back!

Works great, Better than the OEM plastic version that comes from the factory. Value for the money is great, and product is very sturdy. Highly recommend.Tips for install:The installation guide doesnt specify that you can install this by only partially removing pieces under the chair, so save yourself some time and install this metal piece to the shaft with the shaft still in place by removing the screws from the new metal plate that you are installing.Also use grease on the long skinny part to help with gliding, I used the existing grease on the old part and it works just fine.

I'm amazed at the price for such high quality. The parts are perfectly made, very strong, and fit perfectly without any fiddling or modifying. I give it a 10 for functionality.

Didn’t fit my chair but it was used in a friends chair. Fit nice n easy to install!
