(UPDATED) Great product. Highly recommend.
Update 2/2022: Absolutely intolerable. I think they must have changed the recipe, because I literally can't choke this stuff down anymore. Even keeping the closed container in the cupboard makes me gag every time I open it to get something from the very potent smell. The new smell/taste is very fishy and is slightly reminiscient of eating a packet of unflavored gelatin. I don't know what happened but it's horrible now in both pineapple and orange juices. I'm so sad because I've been using it for years and now have to try to find a replacement. On top of that, the price is much higher now. My mom and husband won't drink it anymore either. In fact my mom thought I was trying to trick her into taking something new and told me to throw it in the trash. Original review: Can't tell you how much I love my Vitaspectrum. I have a tough time taking any types of vitamins due to an MTHFR gene mutation. I can really only take methylated forms of anything and I usually still have some issues. This stuff has been AMAZING. I've been using it for about a year now. I take half a scoop each day for 3 days before traveling in pineapple juice, and I haven't gotten sick as a result of planes, airports, etc. I have a terrible immune system so this is a miracle for me! I brought some with me to Japan on our honeymoon and had some every morning with breakfast in juice and didn't get sick once on the trip. I also take it if I am feeling run down, or get a sore throat, or generally feel unwell. I usually get strep throat a couple of times a year, and since starting this I haven't gotten it once (knock on wood). I also avoided a number of other illnesses my family caught, including the flu my husband had. I love it so much now my husband has started taking it, and I bought some for my mom, who loves it too. She is on oxygen with severe COPD and other lung diseases, and has terrible immune system issues. Any illness almost immediately becomes pnemonia and can put her in the hospital within a couple of days. She actually avoids going outside of the house because she is afraid of getting sick. This has helped her so much that she can now go to stores if the weather is nice and not worry quite as much. The only downsides - it tastes TERRIBLE in water or in food. Pineapple juice masks it perfectly for me though. Orange juice works too in a pinch, but is more acidic. Also, it can turn your urine green if you take more than your body needs.

Difficult to dissolve
I bought vitamins for my child. There are no instructions for children, which is a bit strange since kids are mentioned in the product name on the label. The taste is very unpleasant, even though it’s supposed to be citrus. The powder also dissolves very poorly. However, the quality is great. The price is high.

hard to hide flavor.
no doubt this is a great vitamin supplement, but the irony is kids with autism tend to have very discerning taste. I’m not sure what I’m gonna be able to mix this with to get her to drink it. I put it in her cherry Gatorade, frost and diluted it as much as I could, but it still has a strong vitamin flavor, and she will not drink it, and unfortunately, it cannot be returned. It’s also very hard to mix. I had to put it in a blender bottle and shake it for a long time to get the clumps out. I knew it was a gamble and I lost.

All in one, well rounded multi.
Excellent multi.Have a daughter on the spectrum and we've been using this for years.Did nutritional test before and after a little over 2 yrs and this made a huge difference in her levels.Contains all vit and min a child on the spectrum could possibly need and the correct forms of each.No junk fillers and I feel confident this has made a difference in her recovery journey as well. Also the price, can't beat it.Many other spectrum companies charge double and they don't even have the proper, easily absorbable forms. Also contains MTHF so those w those mutations can benefit as well.So highly recommend. Also as the other reviewer stated you don't want to dump a scoop w pop or on a sandwich lol.We use grape juice, organic, low sugar and this works for us.I literally put a scoop in a bowl, mix w grape juice then spoon feed it to her.Thats the only way she could and will take it.Be creative. Its not going to taste wonderful, it's a high potency vitamin.I would challenge someone to find better for the price.

we have tough tastebuds but this is the most difficult thing I've ever tasted
I bought a couple brands of copper free multivitamins and I really trust Klaire Labs (their infant probiotics is excellent!). We eat very very far out, varied our palate is NOT tuned to sugar or artificial flavors or the 'standard american diet'. My kids can handle just about any flavor, tartness, weirdness, and even for supplements, multiple supplements mixed together in one cup. We can take seakbuckthorn juice plain on a spoon. My son had to use a natural laxative at the recommendation of his dr and it contained some of the most bitter items in existence, but he insisted I open the capsule and he lick it off a spoon (the gastroenterologist was almost crying when he heard he was able to do this!). The same kid can take Butyrate on a spoon! I used this Klaire vitamin powder once for them and they were nearly choking and shuddering and begging to not finish it. I tried it twice myself, and this literally is the worst, worst taste I have ever tasted in a product ever! It isn't just like bitter or strange. I think it must be the b vitamins or something coming thru (we got the citrus flavor), but someone has got to find a stronger flavor to mask this or something because it is inedible. I know this is recommended for kids with autism but I cannot even figure how parents can get their kids to take it once especially if super sensitive to tastes and textures. It literally created an extreme aversion in me so much that I cannot even bring myself even think of getting my money's worth out of the rest of the jar (ie holding breathe and chugging it down).
