Very useful and easy to use. Works well for both hot and cold therapy. Good quality and reusable. Helps a lot with pain relief. Iam using it for past 2 years. Tooth pain, stomach pain, headache for everything it can be used even for face softness. No leakage, it’s flexible and fit for the use.

It's very useful works well But don't put into freezer compartment

Must have cold packs....my mom has swelling in ankles and feet after removal of bandages for fractures.....used these continuously three times a day...swelling reduced after a month.... Keep them in freezer and wrap around ankle and feet and hold for few minutes and repeat it whenever you feel swelling is increasing... Works well... Improves blood circulation and cracks on heels also healed probably because of good blood circulation... She likes these packs so much now even after recovery...she keeps using these for blood circulation and lymphatic drainage . The quality is also good.

I recently purchased the Boldfit Ice Pack and I must say it has been extremely helpful. The quality of the material is durable and the gel inside stays cold for a long time. I have used it for a week now and almost every day and definitely more than two times. I read the reviews and made sure not to keep it in the freezer for more than 3-5 mins and mostly I keep it in the fridge. I get to use it for 15 minutes before it reaches an almost room temperature in a non AC room. Packing is good. No tear so far. The gel inside moves well. Only tried it as a cold pack. Did not microwave it yet. All in all it works well enough for me. It's convenient and good enough size to place it near the area I need. The pack used is not irritating to my skin and is comfortable. Was able to fold it a little to apply to the side of my foot. Not too heavy either. As long as you don't put it in the freezer for too long I think the gel pack will be ok to use. I put it in the outer cover and then place it in my fridge.

Worth the cost!! It was super duper easy to use must by ........ I thought it would give some not a comfortable but there was easy to work I think it is safe to use.

It is leaking this is the issue with such items I purchased and took it to Dubai but it is worth zero
