I use this product all the time. Fits well. The other ones that don't say 'Canon' don't always fit in printer. Don't purchase those.

I have had two Canon printers in the last several years. Ink cartridges are always the most expensive part of owning and ink jet printer. I have compared the various sizes of ink tanks to the purchase price. This XXL gives you the largest amount of ink for the money. In my estimation, this cartridge prints well, lasts longer than the smaller cartridges, and is cheaper per ML than the other cartridges. I prefer genuine Canon cartridges. They have less problems than a generic cartridge. I definitely recommend this cartridge. The only exception might be is if you don't print very often. Ink can dry and plug the cartridge. I highly recommend printing something at least ever other or every 2 days. That way the printer keeps the cartridges going and keeping them from drying. If you don't print very often, perhaps a smaller cartridge might be better...but, the cost per ML will be higher.
