Alright, so first I want to say that I’m not normally a “homeopathic” person. I’m not saying there aren’t products that work, but I usually go with a traditional doctor’s advice. That being said, the first 3 months of my daughter’s life were ROUGH. It took me a while to pinpoint acid reflux as an issue as she’s my first and I had nothing to compare to. I tried all the burping techniques, have a drawer full of different bottle brands, switched formula’s, etc. The poor girl just could not get relief. So, I spent hours reading forums and advice for different things to try and do. Most said that the answer was prescription - which scared the heck out of me for a tiny baby. I found some random, dated posts mentioning cell salts but really, there wasn’t a whole lot out there to back it’s use. My doctor didn’t really love the idea of me “going rogue”. Which I get, if he endorsed and something funky happened he wouldn’t want to be responsible. So, I ended up letting her go on “the purple pill” brand - which helped, but I couldn’t use it for more then a month for safety reasons. Then I was given a lower strength prescription that did NOTHING. So, back to square one… I was seriously desperate, and finally came to the conclusion that if my doctor felt confident enough to put her on a prescription, then giving this “natural” stuff a try shouldn’t be an issue. Anyways, she got better but I sort of half convinced myself she outgrew it? Ha! After a few weeks we stopped taking it with no further issues. But a week or two ago after her 6 month shots, the reflux showed back up! So, here we are again - back on it. And it’s a complete night and day difference. I do 1 tablet dissolved in a tiny amount of formula after I feed her and burp her. I only give it to her at night (x2) because that’s when she seems to be her worst. Also, I took it before I gave it to her - just to be sure I didn’t feel weird and it did alleviate my reflux (temporarily, but mine is aggressive from pregnancy). I still take it too and I don’t feel bad about taking it. Bonus!

We used these several years ago for our 18 month old who had silent reflux for all those months. We were so sleep deprived it took us a long time to figure out what was going on. Looked online and this was recommended. It was a night and day difference. I still use it myself for heartburn or whenever anyone else in the house has it. My one complaint is I wish they still made them in the little pellets!! This one tablet in place of the pellets doesn’t dissolve very well at all. It still works just not with the ease of the others.

Highly recommend any of these cell salts. This one definitely give relief fast and a great item for those who suffer from most digestive issues. Homeopathic which is a big bonus. I was amazed with how fast it works!
