Perfect dry rose petals, and potent smelling lavender flower
I have bought both their rose petals bag and lavender bag, review for both below :) Lavender: Smells really good, strong scented, very purple a vibrant, it filled up my big jar, my smaller one, an my tiny bag too! They also added two samples inside, which is very generous, thank you. (The only problem is they folded the bag in half for some reason and put a sticky label on the end, so now there’s a sticky residue all over the top and bottom of the bag, an they stuck the samples deep inside the actual bag of lavender, again not sure why. ??? I can’t really smell the samples because they’re overtaken by the lavender. One has a couple rosebuds, and I have no idea what the other is because they’re not labeled. They have white label stickers on them but they’re blank? I believe the other one is jasmine.) Either way I still love it, but maybe add them outside of the bag in the package next time. So far I am using the lavender for cooking, herbal smokes, (for herbal smokes you can really taste the lavender), for tea, scented pouches, baths, etc. Rose Petals: I also moved them to a glass jar as well to keep them fresh and high quality, they’re very vibrant magenta color. They smell sweet an flowery. I have used them for baths, tea, rose water, self love rituals, and more. Roses are the highest frequency flower, fun fact. The bag comes with a fairly large amount and its a very reasonable price, so I’d recommend. I love the pastel color packaging on the bag to match the items, very aesthetic. Would buy both again! They’re so gorgeous in their jars. Thanks ^-^

FRESH/AROMATIC/FLAVORFUL - Recreates Starbucks Matcha Lavender Latte
Very Fresh/Aromatic And a Good Option to Recreate Starbucks Matcha Lavender Latte (Recipe Below). A few months ago Starbucks released a oatmilk matcha lavender latte, which I loved. Unfortunately it was a limited release. I bought this product to try to recreate the recipe since Starbucks does not sell their lavender powder separately. I like this product for the lavender foam because it is food grade, fresh & aromatic, and works well to obtain a nice lavender flavor (but not the color of SB which uses carrot and black currant for coloring). It is also nice that they include samples of other flowers in the package. Matcha Lavender Latte Recipe: 1) in a tall glass/cup pour in just over a cup of oatmilk (shake well first); 2) add sweetener (I used a teaspoon of sugar) ; 3) add 3/4 t matcha. Blend together (I used a milk frother) but don't over blend. Cover. In a separate tall glass/cup pour in just over a half a cup of oatmilk ; 2) add sweetener (I used a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar) ; 3) add two nice sized pinches of lavender flowers (about 1/2 t). Blend together with milk frother enough to make sure the flowers are well in the milk. Don't foam yet. Cover. Put both cups in the fridge over night. When ready for your latte: 1) slightly blend the matcha to incorporate any powder that separated; 2) pour lavender milk through a strainer into another large cup; 3) dispose of the flowers; 4) add a splash of half and half (optional) ; 4) at 45 degree angle use frother to foam the milk well. Gently pour lavender into matcha. Use a spoon to get all of the foam. Add a little ice. Enjoy! (Note: Don't leave lavender in milk for more than 24 hours or it can become bitter. Strain then put milk back in fridge).

Nice aroma, lovely color, wonderful taste
I made rose syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup rose petals - boiled for a couple of minutes, let steep a few minutes and used sieve to remove the petals: lovely colour and wonderful taste). I looked at other brands but reviews stated that those products yielded a brown colored rose water. These petals produced a rose-red syrup which I will use for drinks and baking.

These edible flowers of lavender were simply superb as an added ingredient to any beverage, specifically tea. I find it's pretty aromatic and strong, so use a lesser amount if you are brewing anything. The flavour does some through though so I find is a worthwhile buy. The rose petal edible flowers are just as delicious, although I find their taste is not as potent. Both flowers do however, add oomph and flair to your recipes, so I recommend them. The package itself lasts a while since you usually don't need huge amounts.
