Whenever I’m looking for a leather item, I always check to see if Polare has what I want first. I’ve purchased several leather wallets and bags from them, and their quality and style always exceed my expectations, especially weighed against their typical pricing. This laptop bag is yet another winner, and it’s the finest piece in my Polare collection so far. For a company that doesn’t feel the need to stamp their name on their products for all to see (a minimalist style choice I really appreciate), Polare still embraces impressive attention to detail and pride in their work. You can see it in the careful packaging that ensures the bag will arrive fresh and flawless when you open it and catch that first whiff of leather. I bought this 17” laptop case to haul around a behemoth of an aging gaming laptop that measures 16.5” by 11” with a 17.3” screen. My laptop fits a bit snugly in the padded laptop chamber, but I suspect a few days in there will cause the leather to stretch and decompress from its time empty in storage. It feels well protected, and there’s plenty of room for the power brick, a mouse, a tablet or two, my phone, charges, etc. If you’re a glutton for punishment, I have no doubt that you could easily carry two laptops in this single bag with room to spare. On the back of the case, a luggage handle strap can make your jog through a busy airport a little less stressful when paired with the right suitcase. The bottom of the bag features textured metal standoffs that provide just enough grip to keep the bag from sliding around on smooth surfaces. There are so many zippered pockets and chambers that I don’t know what to do with all of them. The nice, zippered section on the front helps to organize your pens, cards, and other miscellaneous day-to-day items to enhance the Road Warrior-ness of this stylish, durable bag. The hardware is thick and shiny, although its styling is very no-nonsense in keeping with the minimalist elegance of the bag. All zippers feel like they’ll last for years, and the pullers have holes to accommodate tiny security locks in case you’re the secret agent type. Finally, the fully leather-and-metal shoulder strap will enable you to haul around your tech treasures with confident ease. Honestly, I feel like Polare could throw some exotic-sounding designer name on this bag and sell it for double or triple the price, but I’m glad they didn’t. Like every other product I’ve purchased from them, I expect this bag will perform admirably for years to come, and it looks great. Recommended.

I have been in the market for a laptop bag for awhile but didn’t want the typical cheap looking bag. While browsing Amazon I came across this bag from Polare. I own several other products from Polare to include two duffel bags, dop kit bag, and passport holder. All of those are beautiful but the leather on this bag is absolutely perfect. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none and is a steal at the price. There is plenty of room for a laptop, notebook, misc papers, and various other items one would need a laptop bag for. I was a little surprised at how dark the brown was considering all my other products were a light brown but I really like it and think it was age beautifully. If you need a laptop bag this is it.

The leather quality is superior, supple, and durable. The workmanship and attention to detail and design is fantastic and rivals manufacturers who charge 4 times the cost. I have traveled over the past 4 weeks, using this briefcase daily, and have received so many nice compliments on this item. It has become my constant companion, and through all my activities, there is no wear at all. I am recommending this product for anyone who wants quality and style, for a reasonable and affordable cost. Thank you Polare for making such a great product.

Great, sturdy. Holds all my husband's paperwork!

Bought this for my husband who seems to go through these cases every other year. This is my first purchase of the Polare brand and can say I'm quite impressed with the quality and durability - husband was pleased with all of the pockets and separate areas, it's perfect for his use. It also arrived in nice, quality packaging. If it lasts longer than the others we have used over the years, will be even more impressed and definitely purchase again.

Lots of room with sturdy zippers and lots of pockets. The compartments expand to hold all your stuff. The leather is nice and soft instead of stiff, which is nice. It fits my laptop, iPad and all my paperwork with no problem. I would definitely buy again.

There were some issues on the Amazon side of things with my purchase but I gotta give it up for Polare because they put a lot of effort into getting things righted for me. I bought a couple of these leather bags from Amazon and the Polare ones I got were easily the best quality. The other brands were cheap, cracking leather but the Polare bags actually have nice leather and good quality builds. I would buy more Polare products.

I have purchased this bag for my new 16.5" laptop and found it perfect for the purpose. The leather is very nature, the size of the internal pockets very practical, and the overall appearance of the bag is amazing, and it gives me a satisfaction feeling of luxury when I carry it during my business trips.

I love this bag. It conveniently takes all the stuffs I need for my travels. I have a 17 inch Macbook plus 13 inch work Mac Air. I've had to buy two more for friends.

Very nice quality. Exactly what I was looking for

I just received the item so I cannot give long-term review at this point. As others have said, the leather is beautiful. It does have its marks, but that’s standard. I have not found any issues with the stitching, inside or out. Overall, it’s a very nice looking bag. It is a bit bigger than I think it needs to be in terms of the length. This thing would hold a monster laptop, and my 13-inch Dell will be swimming in it. Also, the strap which is supposed to hold the laptop in place is too long, cannot effectively do anything. The main issue I see at this point is the zippers are questionable. Two of the four exterior zippers operate smoothly, and two of them are a bit rough, which is a little concerning. Polare could do well to invest a little more in the zippers, I think. The price is definitely good for this type of product, so I suppose they have cut corners somewhere. We’ll see how it goes, and I may update this review after some months of use. I would give 4 1/2 stars today, but the item is not perfect so I’ll round that down to 4. This is my fourth item from Polare; I’ve been very satisfied with the others.
