Love it!!!! It not only smells amazing but it leaves your hair feeling soft and clean! I usually have trouble with my hair feeling greasy after using a certain product for a short period of time but with this there was no greasiness, just a clean feeling after each wash!

Smells so good! Especially the conditioner! It lasts too! It made my hair incredibly soft & easy to manage. First time trying this brand. I'll be ordering again soon!

Ordered this set when I was running low and shampoo & conditioner. My daughter has used this and really liked the way it left her hair feeling, so I decided to check it out. The shampoo lathers nicely and I felt like it cleaned well with just one application (i.e., no need to do it twice before conditioning). The conditioner isn't heavy, so I was concerned about how well it would handle the inevitable tangles, but my hair was super silky after rinsing and no snarls at comb-out. For reference, I am 61 with fine but very curly hair. These products helped eliminate tangles and reduce frizz without weighing my hair down. I felt the set had a great price point as well. Will definitely order again.

I like this shampoo and conditioner. They make my hair feel lovely and it's nice and shiny. The scent is light and kind of fancy, and the bottles are pleasingly aesthetic in my shower caddy. I'll buy it again. I'm thinking about trying this brand's purple shampoo and conditioner. I like to switch back and forth between regular and purple to keep my silver hair looking it's best.

I love her products. They work and they smell great. They are a little bit pricey but worth it.

Within one use my hair feels so much softer and healthier. I noticed it makes it shine and have more volume. I absolutely love and a great price. Definitely salon quality that lasts

I recently tried the Kristin Ess Hydrating Signature Sulfate-Free Salon Shampoo and Conditioner Set, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the bottles look sleek and the packaging is attractive. The scent is pleasant, not too overpowering, and it lingers in your hair for a while after use, which I personally like. The sulfate-free formula is gentle on my hair and scalp, and I appreciate that it doesn't strip my hair of its natural oils. However, when it comes to performance, I found this set to be just okay. The shampoo lathers well, but I felt that it left my hair feeling a bit heavy and not as clean as I would have liked. The conditioner, while it has a nice texture, didn't seem to do a great job of detangling my hair, which was disappointing. In terms of hydration, I didn't notice a significant change in the overall moisture of my hair. I have naturally dry hair, and this set didn't seem to provide the deep hydration it claims. I had to use additional leave-in products to achieve the level of softness and manageability I desired. The price point is on the higher side for a drugstore brand, and I was hoping for better results given the cost. I've used other hydrating shampoos and conditioners that performed better at a similar or even lower price point. In conclusion, the Kristin Ess Hydrating Signature Sulfate-Free Salon Shampoo and Conditioner Set is decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of hydration and overall performance. While it has some positive qualities, I may consider trying other products for better results in the future.

Interesting price, very fast international delivery, but package content was extremely hot due probably to lack of air conditioning in the carrier's truck or long exposure to sun. I am really annoyed because I bought several items of the product. And maybe the product is already damaged or its lifespan is shortened now. Impossible to chat with customer service because the application is not authorised in current geographical area. Will update my review later depending on my findings…

Really love this shampoo and conditioner set, especially the shampoo. It's so much more affordable than other similar products and brands which i also love. It also has a nice and clean but not overpowering scent to it. The shampoo is a clarifying shampoo so it gets rid of any build-up that is in your hair from any products. It is not as harsh and over the top as other clarifying shampoos that i have tried, as other brands have dried my hair out too much. It lathers pretty well, isn't a pain to wash out either. The formula for the shampoo is Vegan and cruelty free which is also amazing! Love that it works well on coloured hair as well. The conditioner is great too, but it isn't as hydrating and I do have to use quote a bit of product to distribute it properly through my hair, as I have a lot of hair and volume in my hair. Another downside to the conditioner is that it is not Vegan, so I have found other options for a conditioner. Both are cruelty free which is great.

I love this product specifically. I tried it by pure chance for the first time in 2019. And since then have repeatedly bought/used it…! If your hair is dry, dull and frizzy, (and even if they are not) this shampoo works wonders. It worked great on my hair and it doesn’t seem like I need a change anytime soon!

Absolutely love this set. The scent is so fresh and sophisticated and my hair feels soft and manageable every time I use it. I am about a year postpartum so my hair isn't great but since adding these to my routine, I’ve noticed fewer tangles and more shine. Will be buying again!
