Well, first of all it's a really good deal, i really like the value for money and what the product does, but I'm only giving it 3 stars because it's not a strong diuretic, it's actually not a diuretic at all, the first week i started using these, i would get headaches as someone who doesn't drink coffee or any type of caffeine, it was so hard for me to deal with such a discomfort, however, it would help eliminate gas and other bloating related issues, it's a good pre-workout because of the amount of caffeine it has, it's gonna boost your performance. It is NOT a good diuretic like don't expect it to treat your water retention issues, only two things to consider if you're suffering from chronic water retention, diet, and/or prescription medications like lasix and bumex. First off, they’re caffeine-free! No jitters, no racing heart, just a peaceful, water-flushing experience. It’s like your body’s personal spa day, but without the hot stone massage. I love that I can take up to four a day, but I’m not exactly the most organized person (hello, ADHD), so I often forget to take them that many times. No problem! Even when I take them just once or twice a day, they still get the job done. It’s like they have some kind of magical, low-key power. But just a heads-up: make sure to drink plenty of fluids. You need something to flush out, or else it’s like trying to clean a window with no water, messy and not effective! I’ve tried other brands, but I can honestly say that Diurex Max is the MVP of water pills. Disclaimer: I am NOT a doctor so please check with your doctor first before use! Okay so I love diurex; my roommate & I both use it for different reasons. I have edema (severe water retention) of both legs, my roommate has high blood pressure. Be very careful with this if you have low blood pressure, fyi! Anyway, it helps my legs stay normal and it lowers my roommate's blood pressure but also BE SURE to take a POTASSIUM CHLORIDE supplement and get some ELECTROLYTES too as water loss also means loss of potassium & sodium so we both take a potassium supplement as your body NEEDS it to function properly. That being said, it's very useful for both water retention & high blood pressure. AGAIN, TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USING THIS. This is just my experience & my roommate's with it; we both see it as helpful. Be sure to eat something & also drink lots of water with it which sounds stupid but when your body is retaining water, it's because it thinks your body needs more water which is why it holds on to water in the wrong ways which cause bloating, cramps, etc. So if you take this AND drink water, you'll feel and look better because your body will not retain water, knowing that it's being hydrated as the diurex releases that bloating. I'm not sure why it lowers blood pressure almost immediately but it does. Just be careful if you have normal blood pressure because low blood pressure can also be quite dangerous. Potassium and water with electrolytes along with this is my go to the ease my edema effectively but everyone is different! Also, I much prefer this over the kind with caffeine in it. I don't feel that the caffeine is necessary for me as I get that with my morning coffee, so that just depends on your preference.

The first few times I bought this product, it was effective. However, the last product is absolutely fake. Had no effect at all. Please stop selling fake products
