Love this item, just wish they made bigger boxes with many dry cleaning cloths and a lot more spray bottles. The product really does work.

This works so well and saves me so much money. I don’t have to go to the dry cleaner and the convenience of tossing something in the dryer for 20 minutes instead of two trips to the dry cleaner is well worth it. And I don’t like a dry cleaner your clothes are not left with a nasty chemical smell. They smell pleasant and look as if they came from the dry cleaner for the most part. A definite must have for your laundry shelf.

I’ve used this for a few weeks and I like it. For my work clothes it works well. It is quick - place up to five items in the bag with the cloth, run the dryer for a half hour and then hang the clothes up while still warm to avoid wrinkles. Of course you won’t get the value added services you get from your neighborhood dry cleaners (which might get George Jefferson wound up) but you get the basics and it’s nice to know I can clean my dry-clean only items without having to go out. It’s efficient and definitely economical. Typically I will dry clean the dress shirts and slacks I wear to work and it does a good job as far as ensuring colors stay bright and the material stays fresh. I like that it cleans the stuff that I've thrown at it --- fabric items that are listed on the box. It does what it's supposed to do. I've been using the Woolite dry cleaner product, fragrance free, and prefer it over the Dryel. (I don't work for Woolite, and am not compensated by them in any way for writing this review). Some comparisons: Woolite doesn't need a bag - clothes and the woolite pad spin freely. (For some items that I was concerned about, I used the Dryel bag and Woolite to protect the item). I much prefer 'fragrance free' over a fragranced product - the Dryel has a scent that dissipates in a few days. I prefer to have the possibility of wearing or using something right out of the dryer, without having to live with the smell until it fades away. I think that the price per pad is close for both (Woolite fragrance free may be slightly higher, but I'm willing to pay a bit more per load and avoid the scent). Woolite can be used with silk and some fibers that Dryel warns about cleaning with Dryel. Woolite comes with a stain remover pad in each pack of cleaner pads. A stain lifter is only included in the Dryel kits. Both Woolite and Dryel do the job. I have around 16 or so Dryel pads - I'll eventually use them up.

These are good for refreshing something, but not really for cleaning. I had to put a blanket in twice to try and get off a little dried boogie from our cat. Also would have been nice if I was sent the refill I ordered, with 2 extra cloths as opposed to the one someone randomly picked. The only reason I'm not bothering to send back is the time, energy, and gas to drive to UPS store.

I’ve been using this on my cashmere sweaters for years. It’s easy to use and saves time and money.
