I am very impressed by this headset. I have had it for about a month and use it every day. It works very well. It is compact in its case so it is easy to bring wherever I am going. The sound quality is great and people can hear me well on the other end. I think it 's an incredible value for the price. Cannot recommend enough. Having said that, there are two minor elements you may want to be aware of prior to buying (I think it is well worth it, especially considering the price... but these are helpful to know). First, the "answer / hang up" button is directly over the part you put in your ear. So, if you are putting the headset on after starting call (as opposed to having it in place over your ear before starting the call), it is very easy to accidentally hang up on the person you are on the phone with as you jostle the ear piece into place. Second, from a software standpoint, the headset will announce "incoming call" over and over instead of the ringtone or saying who the contact is. Not a big deal, but i have another headset that tells me who is calling and I am used to that. It is kind of fun to answer calls now and not know who is on the other end.

This is a very comfortable ear piece that fits in my ear perfectly. It comes with 3 different size pieces but the one that was on there already was a perfect fit for me. It came almost fully charged and included a short type C charging cord. The sound quality and battery life are yet to be determined as I just opened it and paired it with my phone (which was quick and seamless). The instructions included are in English and very easy to follow. And best of all it comes with a lifetime warranty! I got this for a great price when I used the coupon on Amazon and I ordered it in the morning and it was delivered to my door by early afternoon. I would definitely recommend this product.

For the price this headset is worth the buck. One of the biggest things for me is the battery life . I can be listening to music all day and still recieve calls and it won't die, of course I'm talking about 9 hours of my work day of non stop use. Very easy to connect to any device. Very easy to hear what the other person is saying on the other side. Doesn't weight much even with the case. Range isn't bad either I can leave my phone in my living room and be throwing out my trash and music still playing. The only downside is they break fast from the area where it turns which is why I gave them a 4. Other than that I love them.

This headset is awesome and so much cheaper and better than the expensive air pods and ear buds or other similar headsets. I have Samsung ear buds that I paid well over $100 for and this blows them out of the water and is more comfortable to wear and the battery life lasts up to two weeks with the charge box with daily constant use. I recommend this product big time. My only complaint would probably be that the charge box has to be plugged in to charge as you cannot just set it on a charge pad like the newer phones and the name brand charge cases Apple and Samsung sells. Still these are better than the Apple, Beats and Samsung ear buds.

Been using this for a while everyday 7 days a week. Use for work and VC calls. Sound is good. Aometimes on VC calls get a echo back reset fixes problem . but that can be to connection on all back feed. Range is well phone in truck loading 50ft trailer back or inside chicking house over 100 ft as long as no blocking path. Windows down dont hear wind. Charging case works well fast charges and last about 8 to 10 hrs . in have used this item hard in rain everything . forget its in ear sometimes 😂. Well worth the price tag and blows 125 dollar headset I broke out the park. This little headset is so worth it dont think but it . if I cant break it in 5 mins its good stuff. Even slept with it in came out rolled on it was still good. Cause u forget u got it in ur ear. Trucker approved .

So,I bought one of these and when I tried to flip the ear piece so it would work on my left ear, it broke before I even had a chance to try it out. Thankfully, the company has a great warranty policy. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement (this was awesome). I got the second one within a day or two (again, awesome). But when I tried it out, the volume was so loud it hurt my ear. I contacted the company again and after several conversations they asked me to return it. Which I am doing. While they have been helpful, I have 2 issues with their customer service. With every email the customer service agent insisted on calling me dear, even after I informed her that it was not appropriate to call a customer that. When I complained about not being able to turn down the volume they asked me to ‘advise’ them on what to do. Based on the grammatical structure of their sentences and the mistakes they made, I believe the customer service rep did not speak English as a first language, or even a second one. I don’t mind that they weren’t native english speakers, but I do expect a company to hire someone who has a better mastery of the language than this person did.

Das Gerät ist soweit okay, nur telefonieren kann man damit nicht. Kaum etwas verständlich, weil viiiiiel zu leise. Der Versand erfolgte aus Deutschland, die Retour soll auf meine Kosten nach USA. Ich kann nur davon abraten
