I find that these work best if you eat at least a little more after taking these, other wise, I just burp. That said, they do aid with digesting heavy meals. A little pricey, but we don't use them often.

I take this before meal. It doesn't matter if I eat a lot or just a small meal but I need to eat something after taking this. It has a bit of taste when I burf. If I eat meat after I can tell that I am digesting it better because I am not constipated after. It is a good product but too pricey

This product works better than expected

I was hoping for more noticeable relief, but this was just okay. It does seem to help a bit with bloating, and the ginger is a nice touch, but I didn’t experience any dramatic improvements in digestion. It’s gentle on my stomach, which I appreciate, but for the price, I expected better results. Might work better for someone with mild digestive issues, but for me, it was just aright. It really seems that the refrigerated probiotics is the only way to go.

So.... these aren't something I'm going to be taking every day or twice a day as most of my actual prescriptions cost less than this. I have used them on days when I know I'll be having bigger or less healthy meals when I often end up bloated and/or have heartburn. I was cautious because ginger root has never worked for me as well as it does for others. I remember when I was pregnant and had morning sickness, the ginger lozenges so many people recommended to me actually made me more nauseated. Well, this does seem to help a bit. I do think it decreased both my heartburn and bloating, but never really got fully rid of either of them, at least not within a few hours or any other reasonable time I would expect these to have worked. All that said, I do plan to bring them up north with me for Thanksgiving and that will be the real test. I'm hopeful these will work, but I don't have enough confidence not to have a backup plan also.

Medium-sized capsules with a strangely spicy, herbal smell, and a worse taste. It's not the worst tasting supplement I've ever had, but it's not pleasant. It claims 'fast relief' but the effects are mild at best. As a supplement, it seems to be decent quality, and says it was manufactured in the US. But I don't think it can hope to live up to the advertising. It does something, but the effects are unlikely to impress at this price.
