When I first got the headset it was fine audio is great, but when ever I get on discord my friends keep telling me that my mic is cutting off my speech. I used my old headphones and no issues occurred. I hope customer support helps me here!

Pros I found: battery lasts long enough for a whole day. Sound performance was good for listening to music but honestly you can just use an equalizer and tone the sound to your taste. The retractable mic design is pretty good if you want to wear the headset while eating. about the headset being comfortable then not really there's too much pressure and if you put the ear cups around your ears a little bit the wrong way then your ears will hurt after few hours of usage but this can be solved by buying different ear cushions but why bother buying different cushions if a person wants to buy a headset at this price the the headset is supposed to perform as high as the price. Bluetooth connectivity was useful but the range is as far as your room size if you leave the room then the connection will stutter. for steelseries I'd prefer just using their steelseries gg app(Compatible with any earphones or headphones and mic) to tune audio and use the mic noise cancelation in the app but I'm never buying a steelseries headset again Cons I found: ear cushions material gets dirty really fast so becareful. the microphone is just terrible your voice echoes loudly it's so terrible that a 2020 microphone array integrated into the laptop performed even better. now some people will say that you should use the headset for the audio and buy a portable mic but why would steelseries even add a mic when it sounds so bad if you can't make a proper mic then just don't put one. there's no sound leakage control which means people can hear what your listening to. the only way to prevent that is to find headsets good at sound leakage control or just lower your volume by a ton. if you play music at a low volume(1% 2%) when connected by bluetooth you'll notice a big degradation for the quieter instrument sounds even if the device is right next to the headset so if you really care about the sound quality and you like walking around while wearing your bluetooth headset then you'll have to pay way more on a better headset.

Pretty happy with these. Decent battery life, good sound. I especially like the headband its way more comfortable than typical headbands especially with wireless headphones that have some weight to them.

they are so finicky to connect and keep connected, they have really sub par sound quality, and, i had to return mine because any time i left them on charge over night, they would become completely unresponsive the next day. They wouldn't turn off, none of the buttons would work, and I would have to hit the reset button under one of the ear cups. On the bright side, Amazon support was amazing. Really appreciate how they dealt with it.

5 stars is a pretty hefty rating but it’s justified for these headphones based on price, quality and connectivity. My experience - I’ve come from SteelSeries 9x and these are infinitely better. The 9x whilst felt great quality and sounded briliant, the connectivity to Xbox would randomly disconnect. I had a replacement that didn’t fix it, new WiFi, and I debugged so much but ultimately reading other reviews, the protocol used was just not fit for purpose for a stable connection. Build - the build of these headphones for the price is great - durable, comfortable and strong. Yes there’s a lot of plastic but it keeps them light weight. Providing you take care of them, they should last a long time. Sound - compared to 9x I’m impressed with these. They sound great, have a variety of customisations and work great with games (and music tbf). I use Dolby with these and sound brilliant - immersive, clear and good levels of bass. Comfort - comfier than the 9x, they grip less. Ear cushions are very good. Mic - the 9x mic is perfect and one of the best. It surprises me more don’t recreate the setup. These are good, not as good as 9x but good. The mic stalk is a little annoying as it doesn’t bend/fix as easily as 9x so when you pull it out you have to rebend it. Connectivity - with external dongle, works seamlessly. I’ve had 1 disconnect that was at point of booting up Xbox. No others, consistent, solid, good range: Overall I’d recommend these. Be mindful,if you go white, they get a little dirty over time (quick wash of ear pads sorts them).

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 headphones are fantastic quality. I’ve been using them daily for a long time and they’ve held up really well — they’re comfortable, durable, and I even end up sleeping with them on sometimes without any issues. My only complaint is the mic button. It seems to have developed a fault where it bleeps if it rubs against something like my chair, which makes it feel a bit too sensitive now. Aside from that, the sound quality is great, the microphone works really well, and overall I prefer these far more than the Corsair headset I was using before.
