Magnesium is the most important mineral that we need, and the most deficient. It is vital you do not buy Magnesium Oxide, which is garbage, and very low bioavailability. Magnesium Malate/Citrate is the best. This brand has three different, highly bioavailable forms of Magnesium, and when you take it, you will notice a change in sleep, energy, anxiety. You also need to take ample amounts of Calcium. My only complaint is that they do not state how much of each form of Magnesium is in each dose, they deliberately do not state that on the bottle, which is shady.

My cardiologist recommended that I take one of these each day. It is also supposed to help relax muscles, so I usually take them with my evening meal though when I've taken them in the morning, I haven't noticed any difference.
