Easy to mix into anything
Great product! I've been using it with my nighttime greens/magnesium and lemon juice mix and it mixes in well. Haven't been sick since I started using it nightly and I feel like it helps overall.

Worth a shot
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have UC and I read how this can help restore our gut barrier. I only have it four stars because I can’t tell you if it’s working or not. I’ve been using it since end of April. Mind you I have been in a very bad flare, so I’ll keep using it!

My doctor suggested to buy it to improve eye health. Taking it daily for a month. I don’t see exactly difference with eyes but definitely have no complaints and in general notice improve of the energy level and digestive system
