I’ve tried several options to protect my hardwood floors from chair legs, and none of them have worked as well as these Ezprotekt Clear Chair Leg Floor Protectors. They’re absolutely amazing! We purchased these to put on our outdoor metal chair legs for our patio table and chair set. This is put on a new Trex deck. Although the bottoms of the chairs have plastic on them and the Trex deck is supposed to be scratch free, we noticed a light scratch already. So we purchased these covers, and they are nice. They are a little bit more money than other brands, but they are a nice quality and the felt feels pretty good. They work well on the chairs and grip well onto them well. I would say that also slide decently between the Trex cracks between boards well too. They feel fine to sit on and we have no worries that they will scratch the deck. I would suggest if you measure and are right on the cusp between sizes, go SMALLER. The cover bit stretches well and it is tight. You probably want it as tight as you can to keep water from going into the cap and to also keep it on the foot of the chair. You can always return them, but we found they can be stretched a little beyond what they can and they grip the chair leg very well and seem to be just perfect. We also used some slightly larger ones on the patio table. Those were angled legs not straight down. The covers (we got the same type but a different size) don't fit as well because of the angle that the legs come to the ground. That said, the rubber is tight enough to hold it on just fine. Overall, we recommend these and think they are worth the little extra price that they are as compared to other ones!

These have been perfect for protecting our hardwood floor. I’ve bought numerous sizes and have them on our dinning chair legs and on the dinning table legs. They slide so smoothly. They work so much better than the stick on ones that I will never go back to!

I ordered a black. rectangle large, but I made a measuring error. The back rectangle chair leg measurements were right on. I never turned the chair over or I would have noticed the front legs were square and only 1”x1”. My bad, but these fit. They come off the front easily if I pull on it, but they thankfully stay put, no turning or pulling, when I slide it across the floor with me sitting on the chair and without me on the chair. I just received them so I can’t speak to longevity. They were easy to put on. I knocked two stars off because what they sent me was obviously a return. The box was oddly taped. Some of the cups were stretched out as if someone with larger chair legs had them and tried to make this size work. When I buy new, I expect new.

These have been used long enough for me to praise them. They fit like a charm. Make sure you get the right size, to begin with. They slide easilty (not for carpets). They won’t come off. Great product.
