Great Smart Plug!
This smart plug was recognized by my Smart Life app and was set up within five minutes. I was then able to connect a lamp to the plug and set this up within five minutes with both Alexa and Google Home. I would definitely recommend this smart plug for any home!

One small disappointment, but overall a solid purchase
Works great - the only thing that's been a little annoying is that I can only get them to work through an app on my phone and not Alexa, but that is still pretty good

Perfect
I'm not very tech friendly so setting it up was stressful, but after an hour I figured it out. Once it's connected it is very easy to use and super convenient. I used the smart plug to control the UVA/UVB light fixture for my parrot. I can turn it on and off even when I'm not home and I have it set to a daily schedule so I don't have to think about turning it on and off.

Ok
Would like it better if I didn’t have to download another app. Yes it can be linked to Alexa but have to download another app to link it to Amazon.

Works Great!
Bought these 2 years ago and haven’t had 1 issue since and connects to WiFi without issue. I primarily use it with a on/off schedule in the Smart Life app to turn lights on at specific times.

Love these as I have set them up with my Amazon Echo! Pretty slick!

Zero stars to three stars, for excellent customer service
Updated 3/28: without my asking, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund or replacement, which has never happened to me in many years of using Amazon. So I increased the stars to 3, as I appreciate that level of proactive customer support. (I opted for the refund.) Original comment: Should be zero stars. Died after 5 weeks. Would not turn on, would not reset. 4 days beyond the return window. For $10 not worth hassling with Amazon or the manufacturer, so in the trash it goes. Try another product with fingers crossed.

I've had a bunch of smart plugs over the years and these are by far easiest to setup and have so far been very reliable. It's actually a painless/intuitive user experience when pairing them with Google Home. Had them working within 2 minutes of opening the box. The only thing to keep in mind is that they are 2.4ghz, not 5ghz devices (so check if your router supports this). I'd recommend to non-techie friends and family

Love the smart plugs. I should have gotten them sooner. No more having to unplug a cord every nite or shut off a lamp. I just have to ask Alexa to do it for me. Life is so much better

I ordered these in July but let them sit until September before trying to set up. I already have six functioning smartplugs controlled by Alexa…no problems with them. I’ve spent a couple hours trying to get these new ones to work. I don’t know why but I can’t set up a schedule or control thru Alexa (yes wifi/bluetooth are connected). All I can do is push the button on the device so, ya, useless.

Always look into if your router merges the 2 and 5GHz channels together into one. If it's broadcasting at 2,then use any one you want, the 2 or the 5. If it's broadcasting at 5GHz,then the 2 won't work (can't connect, will work as a manual plug) you will have to buy the 5GHz plugs instead.

So easy! I should have bought more. I'm very much not a techy person but I needed to figure out how to have lamps come on when I wasn't home. These were SO simple! I followed the app, and got them working, and then used the Alexa app to integrate it with other home automation. I'd highly recommend!
