I’m a man and these have worked perfectly fine in my shoes. You can discreetly put them inside your shoe and the cushioning is effective. The glue is strong but still removable if needed. I advise you place it carefully so it’s not visible to others.

Great quality!!! Silky, soft & strong adhesion without making shoes too tight! These qualities were a drawback with one particular pair of dressy flats. These heel cushions were too silky and allowed the shoe to slip off my foot. For those particular shoes, I put in the rubber, grippy heel pads; which made the shoes quite tight. The shape of the heel cup makes a difference which type of heel pad works the best. When I removed the silky soft heel pads, the adhesive material remained behind in the shoe and was unremovable. I applied the new rubber, grippy heel pads directly on top of the adhesive material and they stick great.

I've only had these for a day, but will edit this review if I need to later. These "sort of" worked for me. I had a gap at the back of the heel, and barefoot, these pads actually did a decent job. But with tights, my foot still slipped out of the heel. I solved this by sticking 2 of these into the heel, which thus did the trick. I didn't have any issues w/ the stickiness of the adhesive. It went on my heel, and doesn't look like it'll come off too easily. I've put my heel on/off many times today just to test it. But we'll see if it holds after a few weeks.

These helped me in several shoe situations. Not all shoes sizes are the same. When one pair is a bit loose, these helped keep them in place and prevented blisters. Will definitely keep buying as needed!

These pads have saved my ankles when wearing certain heels

My work shoes gave me blisters on the back of my ankle/heel. These worked well, no more blisters. I wear the shoes frequently so the adhesive is beginning to wear a little, but these were a very reasonable price so I think they were still worth it. Update: After like 2 years of use, wearing these shoes to work almost every day, one of the heel pads finally came off. I'm pretty damn impressed with these.
