This product works well
This product works well for between shampoo treatment days. Hot spots and some other skin issues are reduced but must be consistant to eliminate issues. Find under lying cause first then this product may help better. Yes I recommend.

Five Stars Because My Dog Didn’t Eat Himself Alive
If you’ve ever watched your dog gnaw at their own skin like they’re trying to escape their body, you know exactly how desperate this situation can get. My dog developed a hot spot on his back leg out of nowhere — one minute he was fine, the next he was chewing himself raw like he owed himself money. I tried the usual home remedies. They did nothing. I sprayed this on, and within 24 hours the chewing stopped. Two days later? He was visibly healing. Three days? The scab was already forming. It smells slightly medicinal but not overwhelming, doesn’t sting (I tested it first — don’t ask), and my dog didn’t run from me the second I pulled the bottle out. That alone deserves a medal. I’ve used it now on two spots, and both healed fast without needing a vet visit. This is one of the only things I’ll actually keep in the dog cabinet from now on. Highly recommend if your dog is itchy, inflamed, or suddenly possessed by the urge to destroy their own leg.

Amazing for dermatitis!
WE CAN SLEEP! My three dogs had contact dermatitis. After removing the allergen two of the dogs cleared up, but the third did not. She was up all night long scratching for days. I tried everything. Finally got up at 1 o’clock in the morning and put the spray on her. She went right to sleep! Didn’t scratch once all night.

Can't Be Sure
My dog is having some sort of severe allergic reaction happening with his paws. He has licked/chewed off all of the hair on his ankles and has angry, crusty skin. We're working with the vet with oral medications and diet. However, he is still having issues. I wanted something to soothe his skin and help his hair grow back. I bought this after reading the reviews. We've been using it for a week and, honestly, I can't tell if it's good or bad. When I put it on his ankles he goes INSANE. He bucks around the room trying to get at them around his cone and starts showing signs of distress like panting and drooling. However, about an hour later, he's calm and actually itches and fusses less than when he doesn't have it on. I am torn. I hate seeing him in the initial distress, so I will try another spray. It could just be that his skin is currently so bad that it's initially like when we humans put alcohol on a cut. However, I just can't stand seeing him so upset. I think I'll save it to try again when we get his skin a little healthier. UPDATE: Took my dog to the vet and brought this spray along for her to look at. She said that there doesn't appear to be anything in it which is all that soothing. She did say that it contains an antibacterial ingredient, which might help some dogs. Turns out my guy does have a bacterial infection, secondary to his allergic reaction and that my initial thought that it's like putting alcohol on a wound is fairly accurate. The vet said that bacterial infections can itch almost as badly as the allergy. So, it might help your dog's hot spots with regular use, if they are bacteria related, but it won't do much soothing otherwise. For now, she gave us a truly soothing prescription spray.

Great product
Our senior Maltipoo has to wear a male wrap diaper which leads to skin issue on his back where the wrap stays tight against his fur. We use an antiseptic and antifungal shampoo which helps, but the hot spots were not clearing up. In two weeks of use, his hot spots are clearing and the fur is growing back. This spray is easy to apply and our dog doesn't seem to mind it.

DON'T
I have multiple chemical sensitivity to fragrance chemicals. They cause breathing difficulty, airway swelling, brain fog, migraine, nausea, and vomiting. I bought these products because they are listed in the product description as "unscented." They are NOT. In fact, they have more fragrance chemicals in them than perfume and are thus unusable. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until one day after the return window closed. NOT HAPPY. Not only are the fragrances toxic to 1 in 4 humans, I can guarantee these products are agony for dogs whose sense of smell is so much more acute. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND DON'T HARMN YOUR DOG.
