Not just a bunch of water, like a lot of lotions - i put regular lotion or oil on, then add a little of this on visible skin, so I can add my preferred shimmer. - would buy again - I'm sensitive to scents, but this is a lovely, soft sent CONS - pump doesn't work. Worked for a couple of weeks, then just stopped. Have to move into a better bottle, which is tough, due to the thickness. Have had the bottle upside down for days, trying to get it out. Will add another oil to the original bottle to use it up. - this really needs to be on a vacuum pump bottle, which is what I'm trying to transfer it to now, so I don't have to worry about the faulty pump.
