I ask very impressed with the build quality. The meat grinder looks very good. Heavy duty stainless steel that will be durable and last centuries. It even has two cutting blades. I bought this for my mother-in-law. I have my own USDA butcher shop with a big grinder so I know a lot about sausage making and equipment. This hand grinder is perfect for at home or small batches in a small butchershop, store or restaurant. Very pleased. Amazing price for such high quality.

Awesome product. I bought it mostly to grind food for my dogs. I have used only once so far, but I grinded 8 pounds of chicken leg quarters and it worked very well. And it is a workout, I woke up with a sore arm this morning. Recommended.

I bought this because we feed our dogs an all raw diet consisting of raw, bone-in chicken legs, whole fish, and a variety of organ meat. We just got a new puppy and, being so small, he can't crunch up the chicken bones like our adult dog can. Enter this grinder. It's immediately obvious the thing is built well when you pick it up for the first time. All of the parts which move or come into contact with the food are made of thick, solid stainless steel. We've passed a couple of dozen bone-in chicken legs through it already and never once have I felt like it might fail. In fact, I doubt even if I seized the grinder up by putting rocks in it that I could break it. Not that I would recommend doing so. Point being, this thing can likely handle just about anything you put through it!

The delivery was done in a timely matter but box was damaged. The item received as described. Stainless steel and nice quality. Easy to assemble but did not realize the height of grinder a little low. Can not used any bowls but low baking trays to capture your ground meat. It’s also takes a little coordination grinder your meat. You have to turn the handle and hold the base to make it stable. It’s good for small job but for a big job you might to consider an electric meat grinder.

BEST! Stirdy AF, will last you through any apocalypse. So satisfying process, knowing -I can not break it!- One thing is a little bothersome: The threads, the parts you have to screw together, are not finished very well. The edges are sharp and meat gets stuck in there and it is hard to get it out while cleaning. Rips the sponge apart and I am always afraid to cut my fingers. But other than that, this is a great product!

Solid built, may work for others. But did not work for my application. Does not comes with spare auger sleeve and handle is very wobbly. This wobbling of the handle put stress on the auger plastic sleeve and will substantially break. Plus it’s leaking. Also packing was not wrapped properly and looks like a return as it has scratches

Hey...its manual, you dont need to be King Kong, but its not for frail people either. Does a great job....if power goes out, you are still in business. I bought some grass fed beef...tasted great...but tough as nails...I used this to make burger out of it and I'm in business...Nutrition on grass fed is likely better for you, this rig made it chewable and palletable. For manual rigs this would be hard to beat...To me the only thing better than this is a LEM electric!
