Winco USA Super Aluminum Braizer, Heavy Weight, 15 Quart, Aluminum

I am a private chef part-time and I am also a volunteer chef at the non-profit where I bartend. The club has the same pot and it is my favorite one to work with there, so I decided to get one for preparing the large batches of curry I make for my clients. This is a sturdy, thick pot. It came with instructions for seasoning it prior to use, which was handy, as I would have forgotten this step since it has been so long since I have bought new cookware, the last time being the Calphalon pots and pans I bought over 20 years ago which I use regularly and they still look brand new. However, I needed to be economical for this purchase. This pot is great value for the money and, judging by how long the pot has been in regular service at work, should last me a very long time. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly

I bought this item to modify for non food related industrial use, I needed to have welding done to it, the mig welder who is very experienced mentioned it welded very nicely and commented that the purity of the aluminum was excellent. good to know if you happen to be cooking in this aluminum pot! great product, thick and heavy duty.

Quality is better appreciated in person. Great product for making large batches of food during family gatherings. Great for making mole.

Nothing I don’t like about this pan, great size for what I need at our church school. I needed something that wasn’t 2 feet deep so I could stir and endure I admit burning the chili! LOL. Seriously this is a great buy and cheaper than any vendor offers.
