This pan has exceeded my expectations! I seasoned it first with avocado oil and heated it up until barely smoking point, then let it cool. Proceeded to fry eggs with butter in pan and it worked better than non stick! Clean up was literally just using a paper towel. I will purchase the larger size as well. Wish this brand had more pots and pans option. Very flat on the bottom and cooked evenly, just remember to be patient and cook on the lower side of medium heat.

This is one of the best stainless steel frying pan I came across. VERY well made, super easy to clean, Generous in size and height. If you season this pan like iron skillet and allow the pen to heat did before you add food, nothing will stick it will perform like non-stick coated pan. The price is the only negative.

Very nice quality and easy to work with and clean. I only wish the bottom of the pan was less curved so it would lay completely flat on top of the induction surface. But it still works just fine.

I love this pan - and never owned a stainless steel pan before! I have watched a lot of YouTube recipe makers who highly recommend stainless steel pans, so I thought I'd buy one during Amazon Prime Day's with a discount. I'm thrilled with this pan. Very sturdy and not to heavy like cast iron is. Highly recommend.

Used it twice with meat, then scramled eggs. Didn't bother to season the pan. It did a beautiful job on low to moderate heat. Food stayed loose and only minor sticking and pan cleaned easily. 5-ply,full-clad and worth the price.

I also purchased a Chef Topf frying pan along with the stainless steel pot, and sadly, the experience has been just as disappointing — if not worse. After only a short time of normal home use, the bottom of the pan turned dark and stained, and no matter how carefully I cleaned it (hand wash, soft sponge, no harsh detergents), it became impossible to restore. The material seems to absorb discoloration, which doesn’t inspire confidence about its stability or safety when exposed to heat and food. The interior cooking surface looks and feels strange — covered in lines or circular grooves, which makes cleaning even more difficult. Worse, food sticks to it badly during cooking, even with oil, even on low to medium heat. I’ve tried everything from eggs to sautéing vegetables, and the results were always the same: sticking, burning, frustration. This frying pan was supposed to make cooking easier, but it’s been the opposite — it’s wasting my time, ingredients, and energy. Whatever coating or finish was applied either never worked properly or broke down right away. It’s not nonstick. It’s not reliable. And I’m not confident it’s even safe. This pan was meant to be a durable, practical kitchen tool — but instead, it quickly became unusable, unpleasant to clean, and possibly unsafe. If you value your time, money, and health, I suggest looking elsewhere for quality cookware. This is not the standard anyone should accept.

Construction of the pan seems pretty solid but it wobbles if you are trying to use on electric stovetop. Seems like this should be addressed since it is advertised as "ideal for any cook-tops" . If you have gas stove, I would imagine this would be a good choice.

I have two of these in different sizes and they are exceptional especially for my induction burner. They are not standard sizes, so lids can be a little bit challenging to find. I bought a glass lid that fits several sizes at a local store for the smaller skillet. Cleaning: Barkeeper's Friend keeps them smooth inside for less sticking. Cooking eggs: use butter and a medium 4.5 temperature.
