I bought this to replace the Donner Roll supplied by my Chiropractor. That one had rigid area around the bottom causing discomfort near my shoulder blades. This one has a more rounded area of material, eliminating that issue. I love the multi height feature. I would recommend this product. I can go as long as 20 minutes without discomfort.
