Simple setup, quiet to run and successfully sprouting basil, cilantro, dill, chives, parsley. Large water tank which hasn't gone down much at all in the 2 weeks since I first filled it. Will update this review if things change over time that would affect the 5 stars, but after 2 weeks I couldn't be happier. Fair price for a product that simply works, even for someone like me who is new to growing herbs.

I bought the Ahopegarden Indoor Hydroponics Growing System specifically to grow catnip, and it has exceeded my expectations. The system was very easy to set up, and the seeds germinated quickly. As you can see in the photo, the catnip grows full, lush, and healthy under the LED grow light. The light provides excellent coverage, and the plants grow evenly without needing soil. I love that it’s clean, compact, and fits nicely on the counter. Water level is easy to monitor, and maintenance is minimal. Best of all—my cats absolutely love it. The catnip is strong, fresh, and constantly growing, which keeps them entertained and happy. This has been a huge hit in my home. Highly recommend this system for anyone looking to grow herbs, lettuce, or pet-friendly plants indoors. I really love this HydroGarden and have had a great experience with it. It was very easy to assemble, and I was able to get everything set up and planted right away. One thing I really appreciated is that it comes with everything you need to get started, including the plastic pods holders, peat soil cones, plant food, and tweezers. I didn’t have to buy any extra starter supplies. All I needed were my seeds. I’ve noticed that my plants grow stronger and healthier in the HydroGarden compared to seeds I started in soil. The roots and leaves develop really well. I’ve also used it just to start plants and then transplant them into soil, and they’ve done great. Overall, I highly recommend this HydroGarden. It works well, is beginner friendly, and delivers great results.

This planter I had purchased back in jan 2024. It grew so many things from different herbs, peppers, lettuce, everything. My first hydroponic system. Easy to use and like how the light goes up as it grows, plus the two different lights (veg & flowers). The pump is very quiet and had a nice view of how much water. To provide fertilizer, easy with the measuring cups and easy to pour in. The design of the extra hole is a nice addition to keep adding water as the plants grow. The amount to grow is perfect to pull lettuce leaves off to add to a sandwich or make a small salad, grabbing some dill to add to my potatoes. Just be warned, they grow fast and big. So big that I took the dill out of the spot because it was almost touching the light and the light was pulled out to the max. Had the dill grow in a separate container. It lasted for a while but nothing like when it was in this grower -- as it has the auto light and pump. Recently the pump went out. I reached out to the company. They helped me troubleshoot and since the pump stopped working, sent me a new one. That one works great!! Back to getting my plants setup for the new season.

This indoor garden is fairly easy to use and includes everything you need to get started except for seeds. My only complaint is the automatic timer on the grow light seems to stay on longer than the 16 hours on and 8 hours off. I tried to sync it to come on at 6am and turn off at 10pm which it did for several days but now it has changed the cycle. The plants do seem to grow very fast and I have harvested small amounts of greens a couple of times. The pump is pretty quiet when it runs. Overall it works to grow things indoors.

I want to preface this by saying that the growth has been extremely fast! The images that I have attached are photos of the garden 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after planting my seeds. This kit truly has everything you need to get started (besides the seeds) but it had the pods, nutrients and instructions to help you troubleshoot issues you may be having. I feel like Inc you set it up, you just watch it grow which has been really cool for my family and I to watch. I decided to start with different types of lettuce since I’ve heard it’s easiest to grow and it totally is. I’m also growing basil which is doing super well and I have a Thai chili plant which I hope to get some peppers from in the next few months. Overall, I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone thinking of getting it, especially for the price point!

This indoor garden system is easy to use and works great. Setup was simple, and everything started growing quickly. The light is bright but not too harsh, and it’s been fun to grow herbs indoors. Great option for anyone short on space.

This is the second of these that I have purchased. Trouble free and eady to use. Working great for lettuce.

10/10 recommend to anyone! Great germination station, so easy to put together. FYI don’t have the light at 10cm like the instructions say, it will burn the plants. Keep the lighter higher! Would buy again, great product!!!
