Chrome instead of nickel: the new Infinity CRplus series
Even more elegant, even higher quality and even healthier: with the new CRplus series, Harder & Steenbeck now presents Infinity models with chrome finish. More specifically, the new devices have a triple coating of copper and nickel inside and a high-gloss chrome plating on the outside. The advantage of this finish is not only a higher quality look compared to the previous nickel surface, but above all a reduced risk of allergy. For some users, the contact of nickel coating and hand sweat can lead to allergic reactions and discolouration of the coating.

The chrome plating of the devices is considerably more complex, so Harder & Steenbeck offers three, slightly more expensive chrome models of the Infinity series as an alternative to the existing nickel devices.
