Perfect replacement
Works great! I ordered one from the manufacturer and then when I found out it would not arrive for 7 days I ordered this one from Amazon. It arrived quickly and works perfect!!!

didn’t work
This item didn’t work, so I returned it. I paid over $1,000, but they only refunded $450, so they still owe me almost $600. I’m currently working with Amazon support to resolve this.

Solid Performance, but Quality Control Could Be Better
I bought the the Brake Actuator, because I’ve had good experiences with Dexter products in the past, and I have several trailers that came with these actuators from the factory. Dexter actuators generally perform well, and this one is no exception in terms of braking power and responsiveness. However, after just one day, I noticed a leak—likely from a crack inside—which seems to be a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to wait 3-4 days for a replacement, so I had to return this one and pick up a new actuator from a local shop at a much higher price. Although I do regular fluid checks and maintenance, I’ve also had some Dexter actuators stop working over time for no clear reason, even with everything in good condition. When they’re running, they’re great, but I wish the reliability and quality control were more consistent. Dexter is usually a solid choice, but I’d recommend checking for issues early on. This one was leaking from right side.

Was what I needed , received when it was expected. I installed it my self

Product works, but it took nearly one month to arrive. Description said 2-3 days guaranteed. Not much of a guarantee. Work trailer was out of commission for a lot longer than anticipated resulting in lost revenue.

Please make customer aware that there will be customs fees which r very expensive on top of price of purchase price. Product appears good have not installed yet.
