The machine it’s self was easy to use and directions are also easy to follow. The traction machine is able to adjust at an incline or to lay flat. You can control the amount of pressure you want with the dial which is able to be held in your hand while using the traction pressure. Very well made and able to control at the touch of your hand.

A few years ago I had been going to a chiropractor to help regain the natural bend in my neck after cervical disc replacement. This chiropractor decided he was going to pop or adjust my atlas which is the very top vertibrea on your spine (this is very dangerous btw and should not be donw without your explicit permission). When he did that all my neck muscles totally seized and I had to have 2 rounds of trigger point injections to even get any relief for over a month. I never went back and from then on I learned to just live with a bit of pain. Fast forward 2.5 years later I started physical therapy for neck, shoulder, hip, lower back issues.
